I spoke with Jessica to pick up my branches and she dispatch the city of LaredoTx solid waste really fast thank you Jessica for keeping the city of LaredoTx in the Southside safe for pedestrian be safe walking on the side walk. from Sierra quality cleaning service keep up the good work ♥

My trash wasn’t picked up , I called the city number and this was their response to me was . “The driver is new” I told them that shouldn’t be my issue . The last time I left it too close I got a fine. Now that it isn’t my fault they don’t want to pick it up until Monday. Wanted to escalate to the supervisor but he was “busy” . If the driver has a CDL license, I believe he would be able to pick this up easily, because I drive commercial vehicles myself. Laredo residents should not be responsible for their employees' lack of training or if they don't feel comfortable picking up a trash placed in the correct place, they could at least knock on our door. Or you know do their job and move the trash. Frustrated by their response , the employee also then proceeds to tell me I’m looking at your home on google maps and you don’t have enough space ?! For the fourth time, I repeated taking the measurements to her. Customer service should not be overlooked nor training for these drivers this is ridiculous!

Horrible customer service ever! Typical Laredo government workers. Hate their low paying jobs and make it their priority to not help customers. Their online payment system and their phone payment system are both down. For 4 days now without fixing the problem. They're like come in and pay in person. SMH

The utilities department never answers the phone. I have been on the phone with Jasmin and she’s very rude and very disrespectful. She never realizes what I need and she always puts me on hold . I didn’t know the city of Laredo hires anybody. What a disgrace no wonder why’s it s a 2.3 trash county

I think we all agree that We pay ALOT, for a non-working service. You guys can make lots of improvements yet you DONT, firstly start with getting an updated payment system [online or an app] jeeze we’re so outdated! There’s always some kind of notice, of bad water quality … If only they knew how uncomfortable is to be dealing with several simple things. AND FOR THE RUDE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE “ PLEASE do yourself and us a favor….find a job you love and leave it for someone that really wants to work & have ACTUAL EXPERTISE working on customer service .’

We are very happy with the work done on our pavers. They came and finished when they said they would and did an excellent job! Communication with them was also superb and everything was explained very well and done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!
