Tate at Acorn Plumbing highly recommended R1 for our needs. Especially as they can complete all services from mitigation through rebuild and work with home insurance Andie took amazing care of us and was super responsive. John came by to assess and got us in fast. Julio and David did a fantastic job containing, removing, and drying. We only wish we could have gotten the rebuild done faster. We ended up bringing in another party for the drywall and rebuild work.

I would highly recommend Restoration 1 of West Denver. We had a drainpipe break under our kitchen sink, we had Restoration 1 handle both the mitigation and re-build. Every technician that has come into our home has been very polite and respectful. Kevin Ashby (our project manager) has been a pleasure to work with, he has worked directly with our insurance adjustor to insure everything gets covered and taken care of without any additional money out of our pocket. He has done everything in his power to get this project done in a timely manner as we have a wedding we are hosting at our home in a couple months.

I was introduced to Alex Campbell through AAA Plumbing. I was have issues with my HOA and Alex was there throughout the whole process. He was easy to contact and answered my texts and emails right away . Even on the weekends. He guided me through the process and assured me that he would fight to get the job done right the first time. The whole team from Alex to Andi the schedule assistant and the techs who came out. The All Dry team is great to work with! I recommend their team to anyone who has a need for restoration or clean up work. Crosby and his team went above and beyond and were super responsive. I found water in my basement laundry room Wednesday night and I had an All Dry representative and a plumber at my house first thing the following morning. They helped make a stressful process easy to manage and helped to cover all the various elements that went into restoring my basement. 10/10 service. Would recommend to anyone!

Felt Lack of transparency and credibility. My bathroom vanity was demoed and the dimensions shared to order a replacement turned out to be wrong. Now we are stuck with vanity and All Dry Mike Cavallo will not cooperate to compensate.

The Denver Water Damage Repairs Removal service was great. The work they did was great, and we were able to use our kitchen again quickly. They told us about everything that was going on and when the work would be done. Denver Water Damage Repairs Removal is a service we would definitely use again.

This is a shout out to Carla, who handles the office at All Dry. She was the first person I was able to reach when my basement flooded, and I feel very lucky that I did. Carla took care of me, even when her crew was not available that day. She arranged for Dry Out Restoration to come right away, and they did a fabulous job. Everyone at All Dry are the most professional, punctual and helpful people in their space that I met when dealing with water damage from a remodel. When dealing with a few major water damage issues All Dry came out immediately, offered their personal numbers to stay in touch and remedied every issue efficiently. Throughout the stressful process of a flood All Dry set out to work while also educating us on the causes of floods/leaks and best practices to prevent them in the future. They're a local Denver based company that provides exceptional customer service and you'd do yourself and your home a favor in calling them should you ever need water remediation services. 10/10 in every category

Mike's team and Shane were great. They were quick to respond with water damage mitigation after my water heater expansion tank ruptured overnight. They were timely, communicated well, and mindful of not dirtying up/destroying unnecessary parts of the home. They used professional equipment and performed all necessary documentation to coordinate with the insurance adjuster. Definitely recommend these guys.

I wanted to take the time and leave a review this company was very helpful with process of getting my bathroom fixed from serious water damage from my pipes bursting. Everything was smooth and punctual the timeframe given from start to finish was accurate. Very nice people to work with if I ever have an issue with water again they will be the on my list to call!

Voda came out to tackle a couple of seriously neglected showers and they were able to get rid of areas of grime that both myself and a home cleaning service had worked on numerous times that we just could not get clean. There were also some areas of pink mold in some of the grout that just kept coming back the very next day after cleaning and now, 3 days later are nowhere in sight! There is one area where the silicone remains black at the base of one of the showers, and Dave explained to us that the silicone likely needs to be replaced there in order to remedy that issue. As a new homeowner, I wasn’t aware this was something that needed to be done and I appreciated the honestly in regard to why those black patches still remained. Additionally, Voda tackled some highly trafficked area rugs in my home. Unfortunately, I forgot to take before photos of the rugs, but they are now so clean they are markedly brighter and softer! My husband and I are extremely happy with the work, and if I wouldn’t have just spend 8 hours steam cleaning our couch on my own last month, I wouldn’t hesitate to have Voda out ASAP to take care of that for me! Thank you for all the hard work! Amazing services.

Our experience with Voda and especially Jimmy and Kevin working in our home was delightful.They were dependable, they were at our home at the time the gave us. They were diligent when they were here, taking care to contain the dust and cleaning up at the end of each day. They were craftsmen, intent on doing a good jog that they could be proud of and we are proud to have. They answered all of our questions about why it was necessary or advisable to do what they were doing and completed the job timely. We highly recommend their services and would never hesitate to recommend them.
