Spring House delivered water to our house despite us not being a customer. They didn't ring the doorbell when they dropped it off, if they had we could have told them they had the wrong house. We called the company and advised them of this, they said they'd have the driver come back and pick it up, which did not happen. We rang again the next day and spoke to someone who made us repeat our address many times (she kept getting the number wrong no matter how many times we told her), and explain again that we are not a customer. They still haven't picked it up! We have just noticed that there is an invoice hidden under a calendar under a bottle, with a street number that doesn't exist. After a Google search it appears to be for someone further down our street. I guess we need to do Spring Houses job for them and deliver this water down the street. We certainly won't use this company if we need water. We have had four big bottles at our front door for days and they don't give a damn.

Paid a payment last monday, paid balance off Wednesday expected a delivery on Thursday. Never recieved it. Called friday for our delivery never got it. Was told it would be monday. Here it Is friday again, i have called the office and the delivery driver both. They are not on the same page. Delivery driver blames the office. The office blames the driver. Either way i have a 0.00 Balance and 1 full week now with no delivery. Not happy this company is a JOKE. AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not recommend. Its been like this the whole time we have had been getting water from them.

What a polite and kind delivery man. Waited patiently while I corralled my 4 dogs so they wouldnt chase his truck. Could not have been more courteous. Thanks a bunch. Been with this company forever it seems and never had a bad experience.

Highly recommend these folks! Whether it's Paula in the office, boss man Cary, Tommy with deliveries or the guys out back doing the fabrication - they look out for their customers. Best price around - best service - and always cheerful. Our ranch has bought many types of containers from them over the past 30 years and we keep coming back because of how they do business.

I can't say enough good things about waters ag. Their employees go above and beyond. Paula Allan went out of her way to show us all of the containers we were interested in. Waters ag made our purchase so easy. The delivery man was just as professional and friendly. Ty for a great experience and we r looking forward to our next purchase.

Waste Connections has reliably picked up our trash for the last four years. If they ever missed us, their dispatcher was always friendly and helpful and got the trash picked up the next day. My only issue, and the reason for 2 stars is their billing. Our first bill when we started 2 can service on 12/1/2020 was $82.67. Our 12/2/2024 bill for exactly the same service was $173.58. That’s a 110% increase in price over four years, or a greater than 20% annual rate increase. I called a few times as the price went up over the years and was given various explanations, but never offered any relief on the price. After receiving the last bill, I shopped around and found that KC Dumpster in Graham would provide exactly the same 2 can, weekly pickup service for $89.66. I called Waste Connections and spoke to an extremely nice rep and told her that I needed to cancel our service. She asked why and I told her about the outrageous price increases. She then offered to lower our rate to $125/ month. This actually made me feel dumber. They could still make money off of us after giving a $50/ month, $600/ year break. They’ve been gouging us for four years before it got bad enough for me to look around. I’m sure whatever accountant runs Waste Connections thinks these abusive pricing strategies are a good idea, but from now on that truck that drives right by our house every Monday will be raking in ~$2100 less every year. I’m optimistic that KC will provide the same great service that Waste Connections did, but hopefully without the same short-sighted billing strategies.

The driver from Waste Connections, who picks up my trash, has been wonderful. He's always very kind and helpful. My neighbor and I are getting a bigger container, so he won't be coming by anymore. I'm so grateful he was my driver and he will be missed.
