Joey came out to install our new softener and RO system on time and went right to work. Their work is impeccable and we were surprised how affordable the system is! It’s rare these days to find someone in this line of work that is reliable, hardworking and reputable.

Service was great, water system works perfect and the instalation went great. I wish I could leave a higher rating but from the beginning, trying to get all the financial part figured out was a real pain. The guy made 2 phone appointments with me and he missed them both. Then after I got the installation, it took a month to get it financed and now I'm still getting notifications from the company that I still owe them money in the amount of the "discounts" I was offered. Looks like they were more like a temporary discount that I would have to pay back, like a loan. If I knew this going in I would've gone with a different company I dropped the review lower because I can't get anyone to return my call and I still haven't gotten my Costco card that was promised. Absolute terrible customer service in the end. Edited: finally got the shop card months later so that's worth a boosted review. Would've been better if communication had been better through it all.

They charge 99.00 for a service call they are here 15 minutes my total bill was 203.06 only two filters changed!! But they do have Great Customer service the service tech that comes out he’s a real nice guy. I talked to Micheal McKay 10/29/24 we talked about problems I had with reaching the Company and some other issues he was very concerned and assured me he would address the issues. I really appreciated him for reaching out to me and look forward to doing business with the company. Thanks Micheal.

Greg made all of the issues right. Update: My system was installed in October. I have yet to receive my Costco shop card. I contacted Costco and they informed me, Axis Water never supplied them with documents that I bought a system. It also took them four months to get the financing handled. If I could, I would uninstall the system and sit it right on their front door.

This is a great small town hardware store. They do a really great job of having a large variety of things that you would need. The people who run it are very knowledgeable, they're very friendly, just a great place to have in a small town. Very happy that we have them here.

Congratulations Littlefield, you've sunk to a new low which I thought would be hard to get to. My father passed away and his water bill was on auto-draft. Being on auto-draft, bills obviously don't get forwarded and you can't log in to accounts that you don't have a password for. Part of this process is that after probate, you set up an Estate account and all previous checking accounts are shut down. Well we get a notice (on the door, so once again, not forwarded mail) that the payment was rejected on the now closed account (5/15/19). On 5/17/19, I call to set up payment and there are $75 in additional fees that they won't remove because a dead man didn't pay on time!

I live in Muleshoe and I called Comfort Master because my outside unit wasn't working, the young lady I talked to on the phone was polite and very helpful.The technician that came out was name, John came out found the problem and told me I needed a new unit, the exact cost of installing and cost of unit and he could put it in the next day.Thank you again John and gentleman that came out with u, being without a a/c all weekend was terrible but u guys save the day.I will use and recommend this company to anyone who needs great service.

Dillon called ahead to coordinate a time to meet and asked a brief description of the issue we were having. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed our hot water recirculating pump very quickly and cleaned up the area better than he had found it. He also gave recommendations for maintenance and troubleshooting. Will definitely use them again if there’s an issue I don’t feel comfortable fixing myself. We also use them at my office, Wellington State Bank and have always had the same great experience. Sam was so professional, kind and knowledgeable. He gave me accurate pricing, made sure I understood the scope of the work that needed to be done and got my approval before doing the job. Everything was done quickly and the air conditioner worked perfectly when he left. I will definitely call Comfort Masters again!
