We have recently had difficulties with water price increases and due date changes, but I have finally had a wonderful experience with the water department. Kayla went above and beyond to help with figuring out my water bill and options, and even helping us find a leak. I will always be asking for Kayla now, I’m so glad she is working there.

Worst customer service ever. EVER! You cannot call. The phone number never connects you with a human. Water is pouring out of the tank in our neighborhood. They charge me almost $100/month for water use for one person who does not water the yard or outside plants. Yet they are letting copious amounts of water pour onto the ground from a spout on the tank.

This water and water company is the worst ever. This water company has raised so many rates since they took over Monarch and the water isn't worth all the fee's they charge. They say they upgraded their system but I have yet to see the water quality improve at all. Pipes constantly breaking and and the well is always needing servicing. I hope this company understands that they are ripping off their customers and making us sick.

If you have any other option in your area, go with them. The water quality is poor; yet, service is very expensive. The base monthly charges before any usage are $150: $83 for sewage and $63 for water. BASE.

We have been customers of Coleman Aerobics for 20 years and they have always been prompt, respectful, trustworthy and supportive. Their service has even at times gone above and beyond what is contracted for. Excellent company!!!

I just signed a septic contract with Coleman Aerobic and am very pleased with their service. They actually answer their phone, have an online contract that makes signing with them easy, promptly turned my paperwork into the county, and within days sent a very knowledgeable professional technician to my house to inspect my system. Their technician took the time to explain what he was doing giving me a better understanding of what my system does.

Great service and communication. They not only do the routine service but also fixed my system when the sprinklers failed to turn on. Also, they picked up my second system when we build a second house nearby. I have used them for many years and have had only great experiences.

I have more days where water bubbles like alka-seltzer than clear running water. Get told it's because "I'm at the end of the line so ‍♀️" apparently we don't deserve clear water like people at the front of it? I've been complaining about it for months with no resolution. I wash our clothes, dishes, bathe, brush our teeth in this water and no one seems to care. We can't afford to keep buying bottled water. And I am sick of boiling water, I'm not asking for luxury here... I just want clear clean running water...

When the power goes out annually, it is down for days. The problem seems to be the pump. Why oh why can they not purchase an extra one. It's very frustrating trying to raise a family of 5 with no water!

Teresa, the office manager is extremely ill mannered. She will not listen to what the customer is asking or inquiring about. She will talk over you and demand that you follow what she says. She states, "I am the supervisor so if you need to talk to someone, you talk to me."
