We have recently had difficulties with water price increases and due date changes, but I have finally had a wonderful experience with the water department. Kayla went above and beyond to help with figuring out my water bill and options, and even helping us find a leak. I will always be asking for Kayla now, I’m so glad she is working there.

Jimmy and his team at Towers are amazing to work with. Jimmy answered all my questions about cleaning our large throw rug. He educated me in the material and possible issues we may run into. They did a wonderful job. I will definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Tower's. Service man came in to clean air ducts. Very professional, answered our questions and cleaned up before he left. Yes, after our experience, I would recommend them.

Matt's has cleaned our pool for a couple of weeks. Have not used any of their design or repair services, so can only comment on weekly cleaning. $35 is a reasonable price, but we were less than pleased. Their tech would not brush the pool walls, only doing the steps. He did not vacuum the first visit and I found some dirt in the spa and pool bottom a day after the cleaning...since it was possible the dirt came in after the cleaning, I decided to see if this was a pattern...no vacuum the second visit either. No online payment available...when they called to get our credit card number for payment, my wife asked to address the issues above with someone and was handed over to the owner. As she described our pool and how we want it taken care of, Matt told her she didn't need to "tell her life story." He told my wife and emailed me that "I am not going to be servicing your pool." Lastly, the web site states there is a "Unique customer login to online customer portal." When I called it to his attention he said "Our web master was supposed to remove that. I will get with them. Thank you." Bottom line is we expected more and Matt's does not seem to want to provide it for us as customers.

Called 2 weeks ago and spoke with Matt about getting an estimate. He said he would be in our area last week and would call to come out. No call so I called him back a week later and he doesn't even remember talking to me. Not a good way to treat what could have been a new customer

We just finished a pool, spa and outdoor kitchen build from scratch. They also are servicing our pool weekly. I was worried that living in Ellis county with the clay, that we could never have a pool. They took several extra precautions to prevent future issues. When weather delays happened during the build, they did not rush nor cut corners. They believe in the true chemistry behind pool design and maintenance, not just what some brochure says an ozone device should do (think troublefreepool.com). We have a salt pool, but they do non salt pools as well. Also, they service our pool weekly to keep the water perfect all the time! We are looking forward to many more years of a great pool!

Teresa, the office manager is extremely ill mannered. She will not listen to what the customer is asking or inquiring about. She will talk over you and demand that you follow what she says. She states, "I am the supervisor so if you need to talk to someone, you talk to me."

Very helpful with setting up my water connection.

Our service technician that came out was very knowledgeable about our problem. He found that the reoccurring problem was in our clean out line at the septic connection. We will definitely recommend Rick's Plumming to all our friends and neighbors. Kudos to Randy (our technician. )

I had a plumbing leak under my driveway, and they were quick to respond where others were telling me it would be a couple of days. The 2 plumbers that came out were extremely nice and cleaned up the mess afterward. It would have been 5 stars, but the charge was higher than I expected. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

Martin was great! Came and did a natural gas pressure test. He was very knowledgeable and gave us tips on upcoming plumbing repairs that would need to be done. We will definitely use this company again!

Absolutely love my new Black/Red Gideon! It took way too long to come in due to USPS dropping the ball with it being stuck multiple times. However, Cobratec’s customer service made up for it! Matt Had my knife sent back out asap! Very much love this knife, very fidgety, beautiful, and solid build. I’ve collected a log of knives across the $$$ spectrum, and this was very worth the money!

Been carrying CobraTec OTF for 5 years. I do mechanic work and abuse it every way possible. I send families knives in for service every couple years. They come back sharp clean and in new working order no charge. Best knife and service for any price.

Called about a single screw that fell out of the knife Handel, Said it wasn’t warranted because it’s a screw.. life time Warranty! Then they said ship it. Cost of that for a single screw come on. Then told I should have read the warranty card in the box. Really when they sale the knives got big signs that say LIFE TIME WARRANTY. So buyer beware read the card in the box, so you know exactly what’s covered… but basically a good knife if you lose a stew. Poor service as far as that goes.
