We recently provided services for Waypoint Restoration in June 2024, and despite multiple attempts to follow up on payment, we have yet to be paid. Communication from the company has been minimal, and promises of payment have not been fulfilled. We urge others to exercise caution when working with Waypoint Restoration.

What a relief to have Waypoint when the freeze this winter gave us a terrible water leak. The water damage spanned three rooms including walls and floors. Bringing everything to begin mitigating the damage on the day we reached out, we knew we were in good hands. The Waypoint team became a welcomed visitor to monitor moisture levels and coordinate all the pieces for reconstruction. Adding a level of complexity is that we work from home. The crew always let us know their expected arrival making the project flow with minimal disruption. Friendly and professional. Our home is truly better than before the incident!

I didn’t know where to even begin when my water heater flooded my upstairs living area while I was out of town. Waypoint was on site within 30min of my call and restored the entire area in 5 day without any issues. 100% recommend Waypoint.

Chris is a consummate professional! I am a repeat customer and I have handed out his cards to all of my neighbors. He has great attention to detail, is consultative, and consistently works miracles at reversing stains from a 3y/o boy and a 12y/o pup! I’ve been wanting to buy new carpet but Chris keeps extending the life of the one I have!

Highly recommend! It was very easy to book an appointment and they were very easy to communicate with. I had 4 rooms cleaned and it took less than 2 hours. Chris showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. He was very nice and professional. I will be using them again for rugs and my couch. Great job! Very happy with the results.

They came and did an excellent job on our carpets and our grout in our laundry room. We had severe wear and tear from our pets and dog, I was so impressed with the level of restoration. I would highly recommend KO for your carpet and grout cleaning.

We hired Hunter Environmental Solutions to pump our backed up and overflowing septic tank. He was very communicative and quick to work us into his schedule. The tank hadn't been pumped in WAY too long and it was not a simple task to get things moving, but he got it done! Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hunter for all your septic needs!

Worked with Hunter Environmental for about a year now, they're very knowledgeable AND responsive when you need something! I know when they're out since they send text alerts, and i always get my reports on time, highly recommend!

This place is unbelievably difficult to deal with! I had a water leak for two weeks and nobody said anything. So I got an enormous bill that I have to pay. We didn't know about the leak because it was raining so much that there were already huge puddles everywhere. I made a payment arrangement with them to pay the bill off. Which I wouldn't have had if they checked usage regularly like my last water company did. Well, now my water is shut off because the 15th fell on a Saturday while they are closed. I didn't know I had to be there at 7:30 the Monday morning after the 15th. I thought it just had to be paid today. NOPE! Every other place in town gives you the whole day to pay your bill. I have been paying on time every month Anyway, now I have to pay the whole bill off to get my water back on. It's literally the same day my bill was due in the first place. Also, we had a family emergency that prevented us from being there by 7:30 am. They don't care and won't do anything to help. Heidi is very sweet and you can tell she would help if she could but can't. I guess we will go without water until I get paid. Which is 4 days from now. They could have some heart. I will be going to the next board meeting to tell my story. My last water company was amazing. This one not so much. Not sure what I will do with my three kids.

Ran my water line out to the front of my property and made sure everything was ready to receive service. Told FCWS I wanted to be there when they came and made connection. A man called and told me he was having difficulty locating my line for the installation. I told mim I would dig it up and have it ready to connect to. I dug up my 1 1/2" valve and reduced it to 3/4" installing an additional quarter turn valve wit a nipple extending out for the meter connection. I wrapped it with blue tape to keep the dirt out and placed their stake right there to mark it. They called Monday and I could not be there so I had someone go wait for them. They did not call or show up. They did show up on Tuesday and installed the meter and pressure regulator, but they did not tie into the line I had waiting for them. They left two feet of dirt between my line and theirs. They are telling me that they are not responsible for anything past the meter. I already knew that. My lines were installed and ready to connect their meter to!!!! For $3,995.00 you think they would be a bit more competent. Called and asked why they left two feet of dirt between their line and mine. All the lady could say was, "I guess you will have to call a plumber" Not a happy camper!!!! Customer service is non existent

Very very very rude and unprofessional company!!! Definitely will not recommend! This company definitely does not care about their customers or giving good customer service! Take advantage of customer who have no other choice but to use them and they treat them just how this company is and that is trash!!!!!!
