Keith Simon and his crew did fantastic work painting the exterior of my house, then did excellent work remodeling my back porch. He's fair, honest, responsive, and respectful. Great communication, and he answered all my questions with detailed information. Always on time and finished ahead of every schedule. Very quick to address concerns. It was truly a pleasure to do business with Keith and his skilled crew, and they have my full appreciation. Keith and crew, thank you!

I talked with several area remodeling contractors about a few small jobs, and Keith from Landmark Property Services offered both the best price and best plan to accomplish the work. He upgraded a shower and extended a patio for me. Based on that experience, I look forward to working with him again when I’m ready to make a few more upgrades!

We had initially solicited quotes for a full remodel of our secondary bathroom (convert bath to walk in shower, new tiling, new storage, paint, etc.). Not only was Landmark the most competitive price wise, but Keith was candid, patient, prompt and responsible to our numerous inquiries, and his quote and statement of work were detailed and transparent. Importantly, when our full remodel was scaled back to a more modest project (replacing a vanity and painting the secondary bathroom and drawers; and painting our secondary living room), Keith’s communications with us did not change a bit. His responses to our questions and revised quotes were just as prompt, detailed and transparent, and the quote was just as competitive as the original. It is these qualities that set Keith and Landmark apart from the rest. Keith and his crew did not disappoint. They were meticulous, clean and respectful or our home. Keith consulted with us during the project to make sure all of our wants were met. We could not be happier with the finished product. We did LOTS (and I mean lots) of research before deciding to go with Shell. We are so glad we didn't go with those larger name companies that really stick it to you with the unnecessary fat price tag and treat you more like a number. It has been over a month now and we are loving our system! We chose the larger salt whole house system and opted for the under sink with UV as well. Best decision we ever made to help with the hard Texas water we have. Our skin appears healthier and I love how there are less water spots in the shower and dishes. We needed 6 bags of salt and I like that we do not have to refill the salt container often, which we were told about 1-2 times a year depending on water consumption. The best part is the lifetime warranty they offer! Customer service is also amazing. I have contacted them a few times now and they are always responsive, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed.

Stumbled across this place when I was looking to refill my water jugs since it had great reviews. The reviews are true! He really does care about his customers and given that it was my first time, he showed me around, explained the different processes like how to rinse them, different type of waters (reverse osmosis vs alkaline water) with their prices, and how to put the little caps on with the mallet. He has carts to make it easier to transport my 6 jugs and even helped me with a few of them. Great experience!

We drive from Azle every three weeks for this water! It is so smooth and doesn’t leave any after taste or make you feel like your tongue has been scratched. IYKYK The people are kind and helpful and the price is right.

We just had Restored Rite clean our carpets and couches, and we are very impressed with the service. We called for a last minute appointment and were able to get in the next day! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Steven was early to our home, which was great, and he was very communicative. The cleaning itself was thorough—our carpets and couches look as good as new! Steven took his time to ensure every spot was addressed, and the results exceeded our expectations. It’s clear that Restored Rite cares about delivering quality service, and we will definitely be using them again for future cleaning needs.

Crazy expensive water. They want to charge an additional 7.50 to pay by credit card....the average cost of water should not be more than my gas bill.

I go and make a bill payment online and there is a service fee. My card declines and it still takes the $9 service fee. Doesn’t tell me why, I have enough money on my card. This company is the worst. Ridiculous high prices.

Rates are ridiculous. Recently moved here from Colorado. My bills there included trash, recycling and other municipal services that aren't included here. My bills from Lake Cities have been $80 to $100 more than the highest bill I ever had in Colorado. The only reason I give any stars at all is because LC's customer service has been pleasant and responsive.
