Anderson Window & Yard Service - Lake Kiowa

We did not have this company do any work for us but we plan to on the future! We had 2 companies come out and quote some drainage issues we are having in the backyard. The first company quoted us $2500. Daltex came by today and spent time explaining that it wasn’t worth the money to hire them for the job and that it was a simple fix that we could do ourselves and explained how to go about fixing it. A company that is honest is sometimes hard to come by. We really appreciated that they took the time to come out and were so patient and willing to explain things to us even though they weren’t getting paid. Will definitely use them in the future!

We had them come out and install a couple french drains and a patio. Their work was efficient, professional, and we were very pleased with the results. We had them come out and install a third french drain that we realized was a problem area because the other french drains did such a good job. They came out and did the job before we expected, and the representative we described the work we wanted was not there. The end result was they put in a french drain in the wrong spot and it did not drain the water. It also blocked an area where we were planning on putting in a flower garden. We were very disappointed. The representative we initially spoke to, came out and investigated the work that was done. He had them undo what was done and installed a proper french drain that drained the water in the problem area. They even left part of the original french drain in order to help with the water drainage.

Worked with them to do some landscaping work in our side yard . Very professional and helped us with options and ideas. Highly recommend Gary and his team for any landscaping jobs !

Crazy expensive water. They want to charge an additional 7.50 to pay by credit card....the average cost of water should not be more than my gas bill.

I go and make a bill payment online and there is a service fee. My card declines and it still takes the $9 service fee. Doesn’t tell me why, I have enough money on my card. This company is the worst. Ridiculous high prices.

Rates are ridiculous. Recently moved here from Colorado. My bills there included trash, recycling and other municipal services that aren't included here. My bills from Lake Cities have been $80 to $100 more than the highest bill I ever had in Colorado. The only reason I give any stars at all is because LC's customer service has been pleasant and responsive.

Had an issue with our water heater not warming the water. I called Jennings Plumbing Services and they were able to come out the same day and fix the issue. I would definitely use their services again!

Have used Jennings for several projects including an exterior automatic shutoff valve. Techs have always been on time, personable and knowledgeable. Not a bargain basement service but worth the help.

Jennings Plumbing fixed a leak in my main water line to my house this morning. I called, and Rusty was here with an hour. He and two other guys worked all day to find and repair the leak. It was under my front path to the house. They were awesome. I give the, my highest rating

Outstanding work! Randy and Josh did an amazing job! I had hired a unnamed power wash man and what a nightmare he left the work undone and my driveways marked up really bad. But.... 380 Power Wash to the rescue!! I called them and Randy and Josh showed up and worked on my driveways till they looked amazing! They are polite professional men who take pride in there work. They even put my hoses back on the water faucet like I had them. I am very happy with my driveways and my sidewalks they are clean and look beautiful!
