These guys are incredible. I sprung a leak in my pressure tank. Called them Friday afternoon around 3pm to see if and when they might be able to come out and they had it swapped out in about 3 hours from the time I called. Just incredible service. We happen to have records of the other maintenance by the original home owners and turns out that Ondrey has been working on this water system for 30 years. They have done all the drilling and maintenance. The repair cost seemed very reasonable for a scheduled call and amazing for a 3 hour turn around.

Recommend highly if you ever have a need for their service. I called after hours and they still responded to me. They came out early and assessed the problem and with the go ahead came back and was finished with our repair by 3pm. We can't thank them enough for their hard honest and efficient work. Pump quit running at 330 Friday afternoon Called and they where her within the hour. Troubleshoot and figured out I needed a new pump. I thought I was going to have to wait til next week. They ran back to shop picked up a well pump and returned and had me back up by 530. A+ service Thank you for staying and getting my water back on. High recommend!

I called Texas roof specialist with some issues we’ve been dealing with insurance. They were very upfront and very honest about the process. They genuinely did not push any kind of sales, in fact, they gave me resources to find a solution rather than trying to push a sale on us. I spoke to a handful of roofers previously, and they all jumped on sending me an invoice. This was the only company that did not immediately jump to that. I will definitely be using them for the future needs. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent service and a solid guy that will work with you. It was an uphill battle with the bad timing of consistent bad weather but Chris managed to keep us updated and put us on schedule as soon as it was possible. He brought an excellent team and a great quality roof.

When the first wave of wind storms hit our area, I contacted TRS, and Chris was right on it. He did a good thorough inspection of our roof with his drone, and everything looked good. He gave me a copy, so when I get it inspected again, we can have a visual reference that the roof was in good condition before this crazy weather hit. You couldn't ask for a better or more honest person to have on your side.

This family owned company is the Best I have ever done business with. In the past, I have had various companies work on my water well and have done nothing but rip me off, leaving my well in shambles. Chris and his brother came out and saw the condition of my well and almost ran for the hills, but instead, they dug their heels in and said we are getting you fixed up the right way. That is Exactly what they did and at a very fair price, which probably should have been alot more! As long as this family has a water well company, I will never call anyone else. They are hard working, understanding, kind and compassionate gentleman! Thanks again

We were with the same well company for 20 years without much issue. When the snow came in January we had a leak so we called our normal company and couldn’t get anyone on the phone for hours. So we called Coastal Waterwell Service and while there was snow up to his ankles and the weather was below 30 degrees this young man, Chris, comes out and gets us going again. No crazy service fee or ridiculously expensive repairs. He came out and actually got here about 45 minutes early which was very appreciated. Within 2.5-3 hours our well was fully functional again. Today we had to call Chris back out for another well issue. Repair took less than an hour and again, no crazy service fee or any drama. We have nothing bad to say about them at all and that’s a rarity these days.

George was very professional and provided affordable prompt service to clear out two storage units in less than 24 hours from the time I called Parkers Property Services. He also swept the units clean after removing the items. I highly recommend George and his crew for property debris removal and cleaning. Thank you George!

We had siding remnants from home renovation and realized trash company would not pick this up. Called Vince, who was very responsive and very accommodating. Reasonable cost and excellent service. Worked out he could remove it next day before I got an HOA nasty gram. Highly recommend.

We have used Parker’s many times over the years. They are always quick to be able to pick up our stuff. I would say their prices are fair. You won’t go wrong using them I don’t believe.

I lived in my house for almost 30 years. Never had my water disconnected. It's hard to keep up with the bill. They won't do online building. What comes out of your check? They're controlling you the government. Not only that, you have to pay it. 2 different displace needs. This place needs to be audited and fixed. Next time I go down. I'm gonna Pam in quarters and pennies Nichols dimes, whatever. Go to the meeting. I will be there. They're making money on turn your water off. That's what it's about. They're not gonna change. You're not gonna do online banking where it comes right out of your account every month.Cause it makes some money.It's control

This staff does not care about their clientele. Every other office I have ever spoken to that I pay monthly bills to, understands humanity, and will waive fees for honest mistakes. This staff will disconnect your sewer over a $5 late fee that must be paid prior to the next billing cycle. They will text your mobile about disconnecting your service, but not about important changes like increased fees or new due dates. Also, their website charges service fees for online payments, but you have to know in advance what you are supposed to pay. 10/10 would not recommend, but since I have no other options, here we are.

The ladies who work here are VERY nice. BUT remembering to pay them every month is a hassle. We are in 2018 they should accept online payments, but instead you still have to go by and drop off a CHECK every month. They really need to get with the times here. Other than it being a hassle to pay them, I don't really have any complaints.
