Do not move to this crooked town. Our lowest bill was 600. When I was in corpus our highest bill was 500 and that's with a 2 story house, every light on, and the ac set at 65. Here we actually try to conserve and this month was 1200!!!!! They do not allow any other electric but through the city and when we looked into solar we were told they don't allow that!!!!! This is by far the WORSE place to live. .. it's a racket.

A lady with the last name suniga over charged me $130. And then they couldn't offer me a refund without not having light for 5 days but I had to have it on or housing would not give me the key. I went to talk to Rick who is a NICE MAN .(only only reason why I'm giving a extra star is because of him) Poor dudes only doing his job and hes the one who told me that. Then he calls me and tells me they accidentally gave me the "peoples who's lights gonna be turned off" papers when they gave me back my lease. ..I was like....... Of course they wanted those back asap. So I waited 5 days

Wow its very true . I've only lived here a month and just received my first electricity bill and for two weeks my bill bill is $169.44. The city of Robstown is like the monopoly game. On top of that in order for city workers to keep their jobs they HAVE to keep voting for the crooked mayor. In Corpus Christi my light bill for 1 MONTH was what my 2 week bill for Robstown is. Shame shame ! They need to be investigated. Maybe calling local Media.

Place is filthy. I get it, most dogs there are unwanted and they are doing the best they can. My dog had to stay there for 10 days due to allegedly biting someone who trespassed onto my property. When I picked him up the kennels were filthy, poop everywhere and he was covered with ticks. Took me over two hours to get all the ticks off and easily over 100 ticks. I don’t expect much from a place like that but when they get more ticks there than they would on the streets that is pretty bad.

This place does the best with what it has provided by the government. Especially the volunteer coordinator. Because of experience, marketing skills she brings to this shelter and love for animals so many are saved, rescued and re homed! The volunteers work hard to do what they can to network, photograph and get these animals help. People would not know they are there otherwise and they would die! The communication that counts is about rescue and adoption. Do not say things about this place that could hinder these innocent animals by people not liking the facility due to your negativity. It’s about the animals and getting people to know they need rescue or adoption and sometimes they get reclaimed. The only thing that would help this shelter is more volunteers and funds for updating; and making this shelter a better living facility for the animals that do end up here. Please share the posts and volunteer if you can because there is always so much work to do for these precious lives.

The person I spoke to just advised me to take our pup to the veterinarian hospital, nothing else. And we paid $86 for this advice. We were expecting more advice on how to treat her immediately, maybe like how to induce vomiting or something in that nature. Some kind of immediate help. I felt like this was another way of being scammed, but what do I know.

Yepez came over to see what we had. Price quote never came like promised.. Called repeatedly and left messages with David Yepez to this day. No call back no nothing. Absolutely the worst service I've ever seen. Wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone!!!

Honest guy, hes never over charged me and has always helped with my questions.
