I have owned property in pine harbor for over 15 years and the neighbors yard has never been cleaned up. It's a dump for their on trash. Pitiful and disgusting. Was wondering why I sent you dues for nothing . I wonder what my lawyer is going to say about this. I'm definitely going to ask him....

Crooked, horrible people running the HOA. They like to lie to people, threaten them, gossip about them, and start a bunch of drama. They will not fix what needs to be fixed, they will no include the community, they will not work with the community. They want power and control, but they are very fake and try to look like good Christian people. If you stand up to them you will see their true colors. Pine Harbor will never be what it once was unless a miracle happens and this HOA is gone. I’m so glad I got out of there, but I feel so bad for the ones that are stuck in that hell hole.

These people are the rudest on the planet! Especially, this one lady who seems to be the phone operator. I'm trying to pay them their FREE money that I shouldn't even be obligated to pay, because I don't live there nor do I use any of the roads or their "amenities", neither is the property worth much and is not developed, and this rude lady won't help me with setting up the payment (to their banking account) and just argues with me, then hangs up the phone on me! Their low ratings on here is even better than what they deserve. These people collect free money and they can't even be polite. We're doing them a favor. It's not worth my time, otherwise, I would fight this, because they're very unreasonable.

I called up there no even 3 weeks ago calling about UFOs and other things and they sent cops, dude cops are NOT supposed to be sent for that type of stuff WHERE THE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO TEACH US ABOUT STUFF LIKE THAT, YALL WANT US TO SEARCH IT UP OURSELVES AND MAKE MISTAKES......

Slowly started raising my water bill, and I have always paid early

My wife and I called Livewire about a clicking sound in our circuit breaker box. The next day Zac and a coworker showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The malfunctioning breaker was quickly and efficiently replaced. Very friendly and trustworthy professionals.

Absolutely love this company. We had a gas dryer that we wanted to convert to electric. The technicians were so friendly. They did pristine work! extremely knowledgeable. very professional. I highly recommend.

Outstanding Service! Communicated prior to arrival. Received a photo via text so I would recognize my electrician. Gus was experienced, kind, mannerly and efficient and honest. His assistant was polite, as well. They will soon return to do another project for me! Also the monthly 24/7 program with a discount adds great protection unless you have an electrician in the family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Livewires Electrical!

I called NBSC this morning and told them about the plumbing issues we were having and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and the 2 service men that came out, (Josh and Toby) were very courteous, knowledgeable and fixed our plumbing issue. They made sure it was working properly before they left. This is the first time that we have used NBSC and will most definitely use them again and will recommend NBSC to our friends. Had some plumbing issues spring up over the weekend, Shot NBSC a call this morning and within the hour a couple of plumbers, Josh and Toby, made it to my residence and fixed the issues quickly. They were very knowledgeable and took their shoes off at the door. 5/5 recommend, Fast, Professional and very respectful of my home. Couldn't ask for better people to call and trust to do a good job, NBSC is great!

Failed hot water tank. Guys came out the next day and did great job installing new one. Very clean and professional. Office gal was great too and had my home serviced quickly. Highly recommend for plumbing, HVAC and electrical work!
