We are 36 ish hours after our carpet cleaning and some areas aren’t dry (we have fans on in every room). We were given no instruction for after… the areas that are dry seem almost sticky or like they were not rinsed well. We have used this company in the passed and been very happy. This visit unfortunately was not as great.

I recently hired Wow Total Cleaning and Restoration services and they did a fantastic job in cleaning my carpets on a rental unit. I will definitely hire them in the future for my other rental units. Wow Total Cleaning and Restoration please give Ruben a big time raise for doing an exceptional job. He deserves it!

I hired Voda to clean our tile/grout throughout our home and seal it. This was our first time hiring them and we chose them based on their high reviews. Hank came to our house in the morning and was here for over 9 hours. He did a thorough job cleaning and sealing. I would definitely hire them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

I'm the Operations Manager and work as a part of a non-profit women's health clinic that recently had to use Voda's mold remediation services. I can whole-heartedly say I would recommend Voda to anyone! They gave us the best estimate (out of multiple in the area) were extremely cost-effective, courteous to our staff and clinic hours, and were thorough in their work to remove mold from our ducts/ vents. They took pictures to document everything that was done and even called me personally to walk me through the steps for the cleaning and what that would look like. I feel so much better knowing the clients and staff that I work with will breathe easier now that the mold has been taken care of. Pro Tech Construction recently added a detached garage to my house.The change in elevation from the house to the driveway was troublesome… so the foundation for the garage was critical… and done super well. With that great looking cement, I trusted them to remove the existing asphalt and replace with cement. Along the way I asked for changes… which they adapted to. They also suggested a several changes, some cosmetic for a better appearance (stone), plus a few functional changes (larger A/C and heating unit.) the cover over the walkway is amazing. All the subcontractors who managed the cement, electrical, drywall, garage door install etc. were professional.

We chose Anthony with Pro Tech Construction to remodel our guest bathroom. It was an easy choice because he and his team remodeled our kitchen earlier this year. Like the kitchen, the bathroom remodel was completed on time and within budget. The craftsmanship in both projects is excellent. His crew was always on time, highly skilled and great to work with. We could no be happier with their work and professionalism.

I couldn’t be happier with my master bathroom remodel. ProTech came in on time and on budget and the end result is stunning. They communicated well and listened to my requests and concerns. They are lovely people. If you are considering a remodel or a new build, I highly recommend ProTech.

We love having use of this facility on Election Day! We have used it for Primaries as well as other major elections! It is convenient for all who live in the Santa Rita community as well as others who live in the surrounding countryside around Liberty Hill. We helped 936 people vote on November 7th and never had a waiting line longer than 10 minutes! Most of the day, there was no waiting! We have great teem work among the clerks and judges and love all those who vote here! Thank you for your cooperation and great environment!

The Santa Rita Ranch House is a fictitious facility that serves no genuine purpose for homeowners or tenants, as they are completely barred from accessing it. What's even more troubling is that individuals who dare to voice complaints about this unjust situation not only face fines but also become victims of relentless harassment by the HOA as a form of retaliation. This disturbing pattern makes it clear that the existence of the Santa Rita Ranch House is solely intended to create a false perception of Santa Rita Ranch being an exceptionally desirable place to live. Regrettably, this deceitful approach comes at the profound expense and suffering of all homeowners. The Santa Rita Ranch House, which once housed the HOA office now stands as a mere symbol of inconvenience. The HOA office, without any consideration for the neighboring houses, inexplicably relocated to a regular residential property. Consequently, these unfortunate neighboring homeowners now find themselves victimized by the constant presence of dozens of cars parked right next to their homes. This disregard for their well-being is evident, highlighting the lack of concern on the part of the HOA. The existence of the Santa Rita Ranch House, designed to create an illusion of desirability, is now compounded by the added burden of an intrusive and unsightly car presence for the affected homeowners.

We visit often with our friends who reside in the neighborhood. Super kid friendly pool but also laid back vibes for adults. There’s a shallow kids pool too. Lots of seating and tables.
