I bought my system a few years back. For the most part everything was okay as I didn't need support. Now that I do I can never talk to anyone at the Temple location. They have an answering service. I need to get someone out to look at my system and have been going through an answering service for over a month. I wish I could just trash this and go to a competitor with better customer service.

Don't know what others are complaining about. The service is amazing. Promises made promises kept. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've had a Culligan account for seven years and this is not the first time I've encountered a bad experience with their billing system. They charged me three (3) times this month and I'm going through hell trying to resolve this matter to no avail. Culligan fails to take responsibility and return the two unauthorized deductions from my bank account. As usual I received a monthly email from Culligan stating my bill was paid this month, however my bank account reflects three identical payments. My bank informed me to contact Culligan because my bank paid them three identical amounts. Culligan then informed me their records show only one charge was taken out eventhough my bank account proves otherwise, therefore refusing to return the two payments that I did not authorize. Tomorrow I'll be canceling my account with "crooked Culligan" as it's not worth my time and aggravation.

Don't bother with the online portal. I got 2 late fees when autopay stopped. Portal then blocked my other card and my husband's (and fraud warning) but for some reason they were able to run the original card without issue insecurely over the phone. On top of that, I was out of service for the weekend and they cut the water off without warning, wouldn't accept my emails or the fact that his phone number is the billing number and he had to wait for me to come home and call them. I do not trust their data security practices and cannot wait to cancel permanently. Not to mention they added cost for the entire time they had cut the service.

Sent a time-sensitive request to an individual who provided her email address. Four days later, after the water was turned off, called to city to find that individual had been out of the office. The very simple and standard "out of office" message would have been extremely helpful as I would have immediately called the office to follow up. Now it's 4 days out and we're in a huge bind. Common sense and customer service - oh how I miss them!

I have read many of the negative reviews that have been posted for the utility department of Taylor. My review is to praise the awesome job Donna (city utility employee) did for me!!! I had been calling & calling about replacing a beat up trash can for a new trash can. My goodness, it was like asking for a blood transfusion!! Donna made it happen!!! She did everything in her power to satisfy me, the customer, as it should be. I FINALLY got a new trash can TODAY!!! Kudos to Donna…a million thank you’s! Donna was great help!!

Absolutely great service! I called to get my kitchen sink pipe fixed and they had someone out the same day. Noah was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me multiple options and feedback on what needed to get repaired. He did a great job and the job was done faster than I expected.

It was our pleasure to have Carlos out to our home to rule out a natural gas leak. Thankfully, there was no leak!! Carlos is so very professional, explaining everything in detail before any work had begun. He answered all of our questions as well. He cleaned up everything before he left. We enjoyed having him here as her is also kind. He is welcome back here anytime. Thank you, Carlos for a job well done.

I had a hot water leak under my slab. Plumbing Outfitters diagnosed the issue and resolved it in a timely manner. The entire staff from beginning to end were professional and courteous. Lauren was my first point of contact-she was patient and courteous in hearing and understanding my need. The technicians, Melvin Haddix and Matthew were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful during the entire process. Melvin throughly explained the issue and the process he would use to resolve it. Even when they discover there was an additional leak in a short line running from my hot water heater to my washing machine. Melvin and Matt fix the leak all while remaining calm and confident. Not only were the leaky pipes repaired/rerouted promptly, but it was also done in a cost effective manner. I spoke to several plumbers regarding the hot water leak however I chose Plumbing Outfitters because they were confident in resolving the issue and their price was reasonable. I recommend Plumbing Outfitters for your plumbing needs.

PHONE: Natalie summed up, in seconds, the confusion with my appointment and the urgency of my situation, and had the technician rescheduled to be at my house within the hour. SERVICE: Impressed, is an understatement! Nathan was extremely professional and thorough. He took the necessary precautions before starting, and explained - in layman terms - why the toilet was leaking, and why it was a simple fix. No fuss. No extra add-ons. No mess. I would 100% recommend them... especially Nathan!!

Had some major plumbing issues with our home. Amanda was absolutely Amazing from the start. Answering all of our questions, returning our calls in a very timely manner and getting the technicians out promptly. Luis, Patrick and the other gentleman who came out (can’t remember his name at the moment) they were all very nice, knowledgeable and got the job done. They stayed until almost 2 am to make sure it was done same day! We will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues!

Fixit services was sent through a home warranty plan for slow draining and backup in toilets and shower. Nathan and John were professional, efficient, and very informative. Subsequent visit was required and both were diligent in diagnosing recurrent issue. Did encounter delay on replacement toilet, but Amanda had John out the day I called with an inquiry. Very pleased with services.
