Was calling around price matching and to my SURPRISE was greated by Jason (nice guy).He beat my lowest bid,but here's the BEST part. The QUALITY OF FLOORING was Sooo much better than what I was offered AT OTHER PLACES. Diffently will use them again and recommend others.True story. Ohh,and was fast!!

Personal and very easy to work with! They understood the assignment. I'll most definitely utilize this company again for all my future flooring needs and I recommend you do the same! Good honest contractors are so hard to come by these days! Jason takes good care of his customers and ensures everything is up to their standards 100 percent.

We had a very bad situation with our floors and I called Scott to advise us. He was very helpful, caring, respectful, professional and understanding of the problem. He worked with us in and on every situation to help up resolve this problem. We were very thankful. His team that did the work was respectful, professional, and understanding of my fears about the floors. They answered our questions when we didn't understand some of the procedures they were doing. Also Scott was always available if we had any concerns which was great. They finished on time and always keep us informed at all times. This was a pleasant experience for a bad floor problem. Scott and his team came in, told me 3 days and we're done in 3 days. Scott was a great communicator, giving me updates daily. I accidentally overpaid Scott and Scott provided me a refund with my receipt. There are not a lot of honest people in the world let alone contractors but God bless him and his crew for their excellent work!

once again Scott and his team did excellent work on my home. they replaced all the rotted facial boards, and fixed the flashing and sealed the chimney and roof and painted and installed new copper gutters. I recommend GCR Builders to everyone that says they need some kind of home improvement. I plan on using them again to replace the windows in my house. Dana Patino

Lopez construction is by far the worst construction company that the @cityofhouston has ever hired. They have been working on replacing sewer lines since before Hurricane Beryl. Now today they decided to show up and try and do some work since it's starting to rain. This is sad and unacceptable. Let's see how long they are going to work another 1/2 day. As they don't work full days. I guess it's going to take a year to finish the job. 1 star rating is good and they don't deserve that. And, for those that gave a 4 or 5 star rating is LYING. THIS COMPANY IS GOING ON THE NEWS.

This company was hired replace sewer lines in my neighborhood while they did that they cut my power. I was without power for over a week and they were rude and disrespectful Since that issue, I’ve had several issues with my plumbing. I finally had to hire a plumber, and he found that one of the pipes outside my yard was also cracked and what they did when they were working in my yard his age just tied it with a rope. Didn’t bother to fix it. I asked him to reimburse me for my expenses. They just ignored me.

These contractors are horrible!!!! They woke us up early in the morning clanging, banging and disturbing my dog. They never provided notice, destroyed my fence and my property. They then went on to tell us they would be back the next morning and never came back. They "fixed" my metal fence with rope and left huge mounds of dirt and debris from the previous days work, as well as tracks all over from the digger and excavator. I will be suing them for damages and repairs if they are not here and things are not repaired to the way they were before they showed up by Friday. I have before and after pictures. It's bad enough I had to miss work from lack of sleep and then from being blocked in.

Will recommend every time! James talked me through some different things to try to get my well back in working order, and once we realized that the motor was bad he was there to replace it first thing the next morning! Went above and beyond!

We had two spur of the moment problems with our well. Our house is located almost to Smith Point. James came out the same day on both occasions and got us going. James is absolutely one of the best contractor's I've used.

This is the best Waterwell service. He even answers the phone on Sundays and after hours. Of course these are usually the times when your water well breaks so I appreciate that. I recommend this business.
