They did an awesome job of ripping out the damaged flooring and setting up the drying fans. They drilled holes in my cabinets to allow the moisture to dry out and assured me the cover boards were available at Home Depot. We can’t find them that match and I have big holes all around the kitchen that look like mouse condos. I have called and left messages but no luck with a call back.

Great people to deal with. First visit was to troubleshoot and diagnose my well issue. Ended up needing a new pump. The second visit to replace my pump was scheduled within 24 hours and the crew had all repairs complete before they left. I would highly recommend this outfit!

When I first contacted this company I felt I would be taken well care of. Being a contractor myself for over 42 years I know how important doing a good job is. Even more so I know how important your customer is and their satisfaction. As you can see in the two pictures enclosed they did not even put everything back. On the right side where the wires are all exposed and the side of the box is open they didn't even put the conduit elbow back to protect the wires and the box for moisture. The other elbow in the second picture is laying on the ground not two feet from the tank. In addition the tank that was replaced was not plumb. When I spoke to Ken Starr and told him of the shoddy work he immediately got defensive and came up with every excuse in the world. When I sent him this picture he told me that the reason they didn't put the other elbow on was that it was better for the well and that was common practice. Then he began to tell me over and over that they didn't charge me that much in the first place. My response was if it was $100 for a bad job how much was it for a good job. He assured me they would be out to fix it and make it right. That's been a couple of weeks now and nobody has called or come out. When I mentioned this in the local cafe where everybody goes for breakfast and lunch no one I spoke with had anything good to say about the company. A couple in the cafe overheard my conversation and got up and came over to my table to tell me their story which was much worse than mine. The bottom line is buyer beware because these people just don't care. The only reason I gave them one star was because it wouldn't allow me to give them -0- STARS.

I Highly recommend M & M. I was promptly met by Will to give me a quote. My 200 ft well was promptly drilled, on time, everything works perfectly. Great people to work with.

We had our pool installed in July and have been loving it!! We had such a wonderful experience with Pools123. Jeff was so incredibly patient as we kept going back and forth on which pool to choose, and he was quick to respond anytime we had a question. During construction, the crew was professional and knowledgeable. We ended up going with the Wave 30, which is perfect for kids! My 2 year old loves walking along the bench. We are so incredibly happy with our new pool and look forward to all of the memories we get to create!!

She coordinated the project seamlessly and kept me informed every step of the way. Her dedication and attention to detail really made the process stress-free. The pool itself looks amazing, and I’ve been enjoying it every day since it was installed. The installation was incredibly fast—I was amazed at how quickly they completed the job. I honestly feel like I barely had to wait at all, and it was done well before the end of summer, just as I hoped. I highly recommend Pools 123 for anyone considering a pool installation. Their service, speed, and quality are top-notch!

We could not be happier with our pool, along with the service provided by John and the team from Pools123. What we hope for in working with any contractor is good communication, generally accurate timelines and budgets, respectfulness, and responsiveness when issues arise and we found Pools123 to be wonderful in every one of those areas. They were exceptional during the permitting process, handling everything before construction started, providing support with the final inspections, and scheduling was very easy. Every single one of their subcontractors was friendly and professional and two in particular truly went above and beyond for us - the electrician and Luis' team that installed the pool. The price they quoted us was the price we paid - no surprises at the end, and we found that they did exactly what they said they were going to do during the year between when we signed our contract and the permits being closed. We've now been enjoying our pool for eight months, and even when I had a minor equipment issue that I couldn't resolve on my own, John took the time to help troubleshoot it over the phone. We are so grateful that we chose Pools123 and would recommend them to anyone looking to put in a fiberglass pool.
