City of Killeen sent their crew to my residence while I was gone TDY in Sept 2022. They failed to check underground for pipes and ripped out my sprinkler system. Then they left without ever fixing it and have refused to respond to my requests for contact to have the damages they caused be repaired. Just your typical City of Killeen response to its residents and taxpayers.

Horrible and disgusting attitudes I avoid, at all cost, contact with those people. Their systems are so archaic it is pathetic and completely unacceptable. City of Killeen Utilities and Collection employees appear to be so miserable at their workplace, as it comes across in their tone and how they handle business with customers. The employees training is clearly insufficient and should be reviewed and reimplemented.

Usually a line to wait in to pay your bill. There's option of going threw a drive thru or going inside to the tellers both options are like a bank. I think the building used to be a bank. ??Possibly??

If I could give no stars, I would. This water company is by far the WORST! The water quality is terrible, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's harmful to health—probably even cancer-causing. On top of that, they're overcharging for this awful water. Not to mention the constant issues with main water pipe leaks, leaving customers without water for extended periods. I'm beyond relieved that we moved and no longer have to deal with their subpar service. This company should be shut down!

Very nice people in office. So many problems. Water outages because of a leaks. Leaks every where, boil notices all the time. Word of advice, you must have reserve water due to multiple issues.

Worst water company in Texas. Our water is brown even with a whole house filter system. All they do is raise the rates and give nasty water service.

What an awesome company. They were the second company I called. It will forever be my first call for now on. I have a rental house in Cooperas Cove. The front yard was flooded and my tenant had to have the water turned off. The first company we called (fix it services) went out, didn’t find the issue and scared my tenant by making sound like they had to take the house apart to fix the issue. So we called Duey Plumbing to get a second opinion. Duey went out and located the issue. One little pipe under the house that needed replacing. They replaced the part, had the water turned back on and tested the lines. This was a simple fix and Duey completed it at a very reasonable price. Make Duey Plumbing your first and last call in the Cooperas Cove or surrounding areas. They are a company that you can trust. Thank you for being an honest and reliable company.

My mom has pear and beam house built in the 70s and she had a leak underneath,they climbed underneath and gave her all new pipes and shutoff valves, they worked until they had it done.(great job guys)

Horrible attitudes, non helpful staff, and poor excuse for damaging equipment. If you arent capable of operating machinery then dont. If you arent capable of going to work and having a decent attitude, then dont. If you arent capable of making right the damage you have done to a vehicle or trailer that's trusted you and your business, close your doors and call it quits. Disgusted by their lack of caring about anything but themselves.

Don’t take your scrap metal here. This place cheats you out of money. They paid me for loose tin and I didn’t have a single piece of tin in my load. When I when I went in to tell them about it, they refused to make it good. Of course they had me dump in a huge hole so there is no way to prove what you brought.

It was my first time at this scrap yard, I had a trailer full of aluminum siding along with copper and steel. I must have been in the wrong lane the whole time. But the staff there were really nice and helped me get unloaded and back to the front. Super nice place and personnel, however, I thought the price paid was a little low. Other than that, the place was great..easy in and out, even if it's your first time..
