Close enough to get refills on water jugs, male employee really nice and had a wagon to carry my jugs to car, even placed them inside.

Staff are friendly and the water is great! The new location (just across the street from the old,small shack) is big, bright, and awesome!

Terrible!!! They caused multiple leaks on my street because they aren’t educated enough to correctly turn on water pressure after digging 7 holes on your street. I have to come out of pocket 700 to fix said leak, and then they charge over 300 in additional water charges. There can be a leak in the middle of the street that pours water for two months though, that’s not wasting thousands of gallons of water or anything. All good tax payers can pay that bill. Oh they also don’t make reasonable payment arrangements either so in this economy hope you have 500 to put towards your water bill.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service from Becky. She was SO RUDE!!!! I’m in complete awe that they would allow someone like that to be in customer service and represent the company!

I was so excited about moving into our first house in our hometown, unfortunately The City of Waco services has definitely changed our point of view. They are unprofessional, lazy and just pure careless of the community of Waco. This is week three of me breaking down boxes and having to squeeze them into the recycling bins. They refuse to pick up any recycling bc I had a piece of styrofoam which I picked out and put into the trash bin, corrected my mistake, but unfortunately, The City of Waco still refuses to pick up my recycling after I corrected the issue. (Ps ) I made sure no cars were parked anywhere near trash bin. Come Friday let’s see what their new excuse will be !!

City of Killeen sent their crew to my residence while I was gone TDY in Sept 2022. They failed to check underground for pipes and ripped out my sprinkler system. Then they left without ever fixing it and have refused to respond to my requests for contact to have the damages they caused be repaired. Just your typical City of Killeen response to its residents and taxpayers.

Horrible and disgusting attitudes I avoid, at all cost, contact with those people. Their systems are so archaic it is pathetic and completely unacceptable. City of Killeen Utilities and Collection employees appear to be so miserable at their workplace, as it comes across in their tone and how they handle business with customers. The employees training is clearly insufficient and should be reviewed and reimplemented.

Usually a line to wait in to pay your bill. There's option of going threw a drive thru or going inside to the tellers both options are like a bank. I think the building used to be a bank. ??Possibly??

If I could give no stars, I would. This water company is by far the WORST! The water quality is terrible, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's harmful to health—probably even cancer-causing. On top of that, they're overcharging for this awful water. Not to mention the constant issues with main water pipe leaks, leaving customers without water for extended periods. I'm beyond relieved that we moved and no longer have to deal with their subpar service. This company should be shut down!

Very nice people in office. So many problems. Water outages because of a leaks. Leaks every where, boil notices all the time. Word of advice, you must have reserve water due to multiple issues.

Worst water company in Texas. Our water is brown even with a whole house filter system. All they do is raise the rates and give nasty water service.

We needed a tree removed from our backyard. I requested estimates from several different companies. We decided to go with Rico and George from Junk Assassins. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They came in , took my tree down and left the yard spotless. I recommend them highly for any jobs that you may need done!

Rigoberto and George were prompt and professional. I had a lot of old stuff in my attic and shed (Like 16 years worth). I believe that they gave me a fair price for the service that they provided. They were careful with my things. They also encouraged me to check old boxes to ensure that I wasn't getting rid of anything of value to me. They even helped me move a few things from my garage to my shed. I would highly recommend their services if you need haul away or junk removal.
