They don’t feed em well, they didn’t have access to commissary. My fiancé has lost so much weight because of how terrible their food service is. And they have RATS!!!!! When they ask for help from the nurse they don’t get their medication the refuse to get them help

RUDE and BAD SIGNS I drove 12 hours in my travel van today and I wanted to stop for a few hours to sleep. All their signs say 1 hour customer parking or you will be towed. So I drove in circles around and around and there was nowhere except 2 spaces in the back with no signs. So I park in 1 of those spaces and put up my window shades. Within minutes someone is banging aggressively on my door. Saying I have 4 minutes (yes 4 minutes) to leave because the tow truck has already been called and will be towing my van. How rude!!! I said there is no sign here that says no parking or employee only parking She says it is employee parking and I should know because it is behind the building. Get some signs that explain where to park!! I can hear the same young girl yelling on the loud speaker to move a truck that is in the wrong parking spot and it is not in a designated truck parking space. Seriously corporate and management should step In and make some changes!!!

Dog park was better than expected. There was someone cleaning it up when we got there. He was really friendly. Clean bathrooms. Not enough gas pumps to accommodate everyone who was stopping for gas.

I saw at least 3 employees when I walked in. I went to the women's restroom, floors were dirty with toilet paper and paper towels, in the stalls and under the sinks. My husband says the men's room was clean. While we were getting gas, we walked our dog to the doggy park. There was dog poop left on the ground by other people's dog. There weren't any poop bags to clean up with which explains all the old dog poop. I had to go back to the store to grab a bag and inform them that there were no more poop bags out there.
