Spring Valley Water Supply Corporation - Waco

I bought a house here a year ago. This company has stolen my money with the electricity bill. I paid $300 for the month of December. Now, half of January, $330. There are 3 people at home and we all work. We are almost never at home. We haven't used the heating for a long time because the weather is cool and I pay that amount. I don't know if the cure is worse than the disease. I came from Austin to here because the houses are cheaper in this area. But I see that power 's bill is more expensive than in all of Texas. We should have a meeting of all the communities to get rid of this scam company. Jarrel

Taylor has provided excellent customer service over the phone every time I have called. I had an issue getting Fiber First to install internet and BEC not only got me installation sooner but pulled strings to beat Fiber First here. The gentleman who installed the Fiber was extremely professional and was here for less than an hour. Electric and internet billing is combined through an app which makes it simple. Thank you BEC!

Worst company ever. They are a monopoly and charge whatever they want. They add over $60 in charges to bills not to include the actual wattage. If you feed back to the grid they only pay you 1/4 of what they charge you for using the grid. They added a 27 year long SB that adds $40+ to your bill. If you plan on moving anywhere they are your electric, DONT!!!!

Absolutely incredible place more than just a gas station! This is literally a hidden gem for clothes, nice quality apparel, and gifts! You get much better quality things than at the box stores the big box stores and the prices are incredible. I got this beautiful real grain wood knife for $13.99 that would easily cost like 60 or 70 dollars at Bass pro shops! The bathrooms are so nice and it felt like I was walking into a JW Marriott instead of a gas station! Map the cashier was very friendly and professional. He was very helpful and gave me the service of a very high end store. I will definitely be returning to get gifts and to have a nice experience

Exceptional place. Everything shiny and clean. Everywhere is tiled as well. If you're a trucker and want to shop like you're at grocery store, this might be a good place go stop. They are mediumly priced.

It’s nice and big as well as clean market on the road! The store inside is so bright and beautiful! We stopped there for restroom and it was a positive experience! If you are around, come stop by! Cheers

January 2025 update: I purchased a new unit in 2020 and have had multiple problems since then. I recently had another HVAC company come out and was told that the initial install was not done properly. I am replacing the 2020 unit and will never use Wortham Air again. And yes, I will be contacting the owner. Old post: Service techs are awesome! The receptionist is rude and inconsiderate.

Wortham AC has knowledgeable staff who are professional and skilled. They recently installed an outside condenser unit for my home in about 2 hours. They rerouted the copper tubing as I requested to allow easy access to a nearby door. They provide great service at an affordable price. Highly recommend this business!

Excellent work on replacing old air handler with new Carrier air handler. Very professional and there were no problems. Arrived on time and completed work quickly. Removed old equipment and left everything pristine. I would highly recommend Wortham Air Conditioning.

Wasn’t as stinky as I thought it would be. Kinda surprised by the cost…. But surprisingly friendly help and service.

Had to pay out of pocket because the only bill I had showed I had a past due balance. The clerks refused to let me show them my account was up to date via the website. They said it had to show a zero balance despite the next payment not being due for another week. I have never had this problem in the past but I guess it takes a special person to look at the Waco Water website to see an account is up to date.
