Only one star because there is no zero. My experience was horrible. He charged my 82 year old Aunt 3000 dollars for a new pump, and I promise you it was not new. I’m not even sure it was a different one. Once he left, our water was so muddy and dirty you could not drink or bathe in it.10 months later, our water still has sand in it and not just a little bit. My aunt paid 2000 up front and had 3 payments she paid 2 and I told her to stop paying that crook, now he tells everyone who lives on our street that he sees in public he is coming to repo parts. We’ll Mr Crook Williams i wish you would try because when you pull that pump up is the day you will lose plenty of business because you know you did not replace with NEW PUMP. And when we called about the sand, he would never show up. Also, his Lil crew was here about 4 hours and didn’t do much of anything, he shows up, and he is here maybe 30 minutes. You do the math. He wasn’t here long enough to replace the pump. Just stating the fact. I would never hire this man for anything, not even to just flush my toilet.
