Fred does a great job and is very professional. He is a skilled operator, works efficiently and safely. Fred does a very good job with selective clearing when you intend to keep the quality trees but wish to clear the scrub and junk trees. On my project Fred completed the clearing, driveway, culverts, and select fill for an 80x40 metal building. He is good at providing guidance and advice as well on the best way to accomplish the work. He also answers his phone when you call him and responds quickly. I will be utilizing him for more work in the future.

we contacted Venus the night before via email and the receptionist got with us the next morning. We were going to get exterminated the following day but they had to cancellation and we took it. My son’s apartment was infested w/fleas. Mike met my son and he treated, my son said that he was great, very professional and told him exactly what to do before and after treatment. Have been using their mosquito business for years and it works great! I always forget to put on bug spray when I go to other people's homes because we don't need it at our house. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny! We have also used them for other services, like when our dog brought home fleas after staying at a friend's house. Venus came out promptly and took care of the fleas in no time. I highly recommend them!

They did an awesome job of ripping out the damaged flooring and setting up the drying fans. They drilled holes in my cabinets to allow the moisture to dry out and assured me the cover boards were available at Home Depot. We can’t find them that match and I have big holes all around the kitchen that look like mouse condos. I have called and left messages but no luck with a call back.

Great people to deal with. First visit was to troubleshoot and diagnose my well issue. Ended up needing a new pump. The second visit to replace my pump was scheduled within 24 hours and the crew had all repairs complete before they left. I would highly recommend this outfit!

When I first contacted this company I felt I would be taken well care of. Being a contractor myself for over 42 years I know how important doing a good job is. Even more so I know how important your customer is and their satisfaction. As you can see in the two pictures enclosed they did not even put everything back. On the right side where the wires are all exposed and the side of the box is open they didn't even put the conduit elbow back to protect the wires and the box for moisture. The other elbow in the second picture is laying on the ground not two feet from the tank. In addition the tank that was replaced was not plumb. When I spoke to Ken Starr and told him of the shoddy work he immediately got defensive and came up with every excuse in the world. When I sent him this picture he told me that the reason they didn't put the other elbow on was that it was better for the well and that was common practice. Then he began to tell me over and over that they didn't charge me that much in the first place. My response was if it was $100 for a bad job how much was it for a good job. He assured me they would be out to fix it and make it right. That's been a couple of weeks now and nobody has called or come out. When I mentioned this in the local cafe where everybody goes for breakfast and lunch no one I spoke with had anything good to say about the company. A couple in the cafe overheard my conversation and got up and came over to my table to tell me their story which was much worse than mine. The bottom line is buyer beware because these people just don't care. The only reason I gave them one star was because it wouldn't allow me to give them -0- STARS.
