Eye contacted b&b water wells about replacing my pump I asked the name of the pump they used and was trying to research the quality and durability of their pumps The owner called me up ranting saying he would not install anything that I bought off the internet I could not get a word in edgewise to tell him I was simply researching the motors so I would not recommend him for use He's very rude

They do quality work and they always treat me right and the response time is great been a customer for 7yrs.

Over two hours after water was shut off and bill was paid in full, including the $50 shut off fee. Still no water. They got their money, but I am literally having to beg for service to be restored.

this water company is by far the worst business of any kind that I've had to deal with. I'm a renter and my landlady is being charged over $1,200 just to put in a meter that she called to have taken out because of a break in their line on their side which was their problems to fix that had flooded her house. since she was no longer living at that house she wanted to make sure that no other issue like that happened again. not once did they say that she needed to pay or owed any outstanding bill or deposit. matter of fact she was in good standing when her final bill was paid in full. now that I am trying to get the water turned on there they are making her show a deed a property with her name in it and several other ridiculous burdens approved that I have never heard of being done by any other water company or utility company ever in my life. the fact that they are rude as hell on the phone, and could care less what the issue is or reason why you cannot come in person is epic. they do not work with you at all. so unless a homeowner provides all these burdens of proof as if it was the very first time they're setting up water at the address in question or has over between 1300 to $3,000 to pay up front and all at once not even allowing payment plans mind you then you do not receive water from this water company no matter how many years you have had them in the past or and no matter how great of a standing you work with your bill for how many ever so-called years. why they are charging homeowners for meters but they do not even get to keep when they leave is absurd to me I don't understand it and quite frankly I don't even know if it's legal I will be contacting the utility commission because this Monopoly that's going on with all these utility companies that we have to choose from and that was being sarcastic Billy cast is the only electric company and they're just asinine as this water company it should be and I believe is illegal for there to only be one utility to choose from because this is what happens and until this is a community comes together and says something or does something about it this is how it's going to always be. our government gives them grants with the promise of them helping our community especially the low income or the disabled or the senior citizens and there's not one bit of help from these companies at all no way to payment plan matter of fact if you're late on your electric bill more than one time out of a whole year if you're low income and you're trying to figure out how to pay that bill cuz your lights got disconnected they go ahead and check on an extra $300 deposit to help you out that has to be paid when you turn your lights back on in that so community-based? I'm done it's all absurd and and nothing's going to change because nobody's going to care enough to do something about it and thats a shame!

The bill keep going high every 3 months. Pay over $80 water bill now (only one person live in the house), included $37 water base that I didn't know what is it. This water base is crazy, 2021 is $15, 2022 is $25, 2023 is $32. It's go high like rocket. Camp county only have this water supply, and they charge a lot every time. We need another water supply here.

Called and he showed right up. Gave me some feedback on what I needed to complete the job. Came back with the few additions, installed my Utility Sink in my garage, fixed my Bathroom Shower facuet, and on the way out, he stopped by my kitchen sink and fixed the hose water pressure. Great professional. Highly recommend.

Dennis and Matt have been handling my plumbing issues for almost 30 years. They always do a great job and charge a very reasonable amount for their services. They respond quickly to my call for help every time I need them. I highly recommend them.

He responded quickly after I left a voicemail for him. He came by that same day and easily fixed my problem and didn't charge for his time. He was very nice and professional.

I was very impressed with Selbe Plumbing! We had a leak somewhere under the slab. Selbe plumbing came out and looked for the leak, it was very hard to find because of where it was located and the sound traveled making it difficult to find. They did not give up! They had to dig 2 tunnels under the house but once they found it, it was fixed that day! They went above what they had to do to get our leak fixed. They were open about every detail that had to be done and very reasonable in their price to fix it. I highly recommend using them!! They now have my business on whatever plumbing I need to have done! Shawn was great with communicating with me from my first text message , which mind you was after normal business hours and he was attentive via phone calls and text messages. Shawn showed up when he said he would and his pricing is fair, for being a small town you at times are concerned with the price gouging but Selbe Plumbing was in line with standard pricing. He came in and completed the first phase of bathroom remodel without any delays. Thank you and we will use your oro services again ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a water heater emergency and we’re referred to Shawn with Selbe Plumbing.
