Very rude office manager. Told us if we don’t like that they are digging up my yard to move!

I genuinely wish there was another water company because this one is just down right abusive the way they treat their customers. I’ve been without water for 2 days!!! Not a single email or phone call as to why there’s no water. I call and the bumbling idiots in customer service say “it’s an emergency, the contractors struck a main water line. Twice. How are we supposed to know?” so nobody thought, after a few hours of no water, that it would be important to notify residents that there would be no water until further notice? Not a single soul with a functioning brain thought it was important to tell people who pay for their water, that they won’t be able to use their paid for services until further notice? Then I got “Kristen” cracking up on the line thinking that a resident going without water for 2 days straight is hilarious. This isn’t even the first time either. Over the summer I went several days without water because East Cedar Creek thinks it’s funny to cut the water off without notice. Apparently their contractors can’t do their jobs properly either. Every few weeks another one “strikes a main water line”….

My neighbor alerted me that we have a back up every month and Mantle Manners addition down Boshart Ln in Gun Barrel City!!!And for some reason they cannot figure out why but this is raw sewage is in my yard and I am tired of it if someone could please help me I’d really appreciate it!!!!!!! by the way your workers just left I am sending pictures they did nothing other than spray a little lime in the yard in the ditch so residence if you’re jogging riding your bike or your kids or walking down the road you are walking and raw sewage keep your shoes outside!!!!!!!

I don't have them... was actually calling to get trash service... but the sarcastic and rude individual on the other end of the line made my decision to pay a little more for trash pick up, and a lot less headache. It amazes me just how simple minded and Rude some of these business owners out this way truly are!

I like total sanitation! They pick up on schedule and if I fall behind on my bill, I pay my balance and resume pick up! The workers are friendly too!!

My one month project took 4 months to be completed due to then being unable to pick up the container, their excuse was a bunch of lies, first that their truck was broke down and as soon I walked out there was a truck coming in, so now they said they had other orders in front of mine. They kept the money to an undeliver container and later use it for overweight fees when the container was not even full, they wouldn’t answer our calls and many issues more. Not recommended at all. Worst experience ever

When I built my new home, Kevin’s name was give to me by one of my contractors. When he came to give me an estimate on the sprinkler system, he was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He wasn’t concerned with just his part in the outdoor areas of my home. He helped with getting me in touch with Pinnacle Fence who also took good care of me. I would highly recommend Kevin and his crew for your sprinkler and lawn care needs!

We hired Kevin and his team to put in a new irrigation system at our lake house, put down sod, railway tie retaining walls, and also for landscaping. The flower beds and also the rock gardens that Roberts Landscape and Irrigation created turned out excellent, as did all of their other work. Their pricing was fair and we are extremely happy with all of their results. Also, whenever we had a question, Kevin has responded right away. We would highly recommend Kevin and we would use him again.

I had some issues with my irrigation system. I contacted Kevin and he diagnosed the issues and made the necessary repairs. I highly recommend Kevin. Thank you again for getting my system back up and running. Please support local businesses.

I was very impressed with Selbe Plumbing! We had a leak somewhere under the slab. Selbe plumbing came out and looked for the leak, it was very hard to find because of where it was located and the sound traveled making it difficult to find. They did not give up! They had to dig 2 tunnels under the house but once they found it, it was fixed that day! They went above what they had to do to get our leak fixed. They were open about every detail that had to be done and very reasonable in their price to fix it. I highly recommend using them!! They now have my business on whatever plumbing I need to have done! Selbe Plumbing gets five stars from me. Shawn was great with communicating with me from my first text message , which mind you was after normal business hours and he was attentive via phone calls and text messages. Shawn showed up when he said he would and his pricing is fair, for being a small town you at times are concerned with the price gouging but Selbe Plumbing was in line with standard pricing. He came in and completed the first phase of bathroom remodel without any delays. Thank you and we will use your oro services again ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a water heater emergency and we’re referred to Shawn with Selbe Plumbing. He came out the same day, literally within an hour, and got our water heater working, and also educated me on what to do if we have the same issues again! Worst “pay your bill” by phone process that I have. Its archaic!! The only business that charges a service fee when you pay by your credit or debit card. Additionally, they have my wrong service address in their system and I have called numerous times to get it changed only to encounter a voicemail system that obviously goes into the deep six because you never get a courtesy call back! This business needs a Top Down house cleaning for a cultural change!!

Went into the office to set up new service. The person was very helpful. To set the meter in place it required them to have access thru the gate (which the person in the officed asked about) so I left her the gate code. They came and set the meter and rather than use the gate code they REMOVED THE DAMN GATE FROM THE HINGES! Yes, they basically disassembled the gate rather than use the gate code. If you forgot the code YOU HAD MY CELL NUMBER ON THE ACCOUNT. Absolute idiotic behavior and very disrespectful to my property, Do you call this good customer service? What are people thinking when they believe removing a gate from the hinges is the right thing to do rather than get the code? It’s unbelievable! To top it off the gate was put back horribly where it was out of alignment so I had to have it corrected. Mr. Hodges, this is under your watch. Have you noticed the extremely poor reviews that is posted for Cash. I know most people that are satisfied don’t post but some do and will keep the rating fairly good. Cash’s rating is very poor. Being a consultant for quality improvement of product and services this type of behavior comes from top management, which includes you.

SHOULD BE NEGITIVE STARS... First they require you bill over buy their automated service that's cost a few to use.. You pay the full amount it says you owe, The amount was wrong on their side. So when I paid the balance in full it requested the system for 15 days did not update so left a late fee, now leading to disconnect for a 120.00 trip charge. Still as of system updated. Called office lady that explained to me how many many years she has been there. Said we mail a bill. Ok dinosaur rex, on the bill it says MAY BE DISCONNECTED. NOT WILL BE. So when your at work you call says regular amount you pay it.( Thinking cool no late fee)..WRONG AGAIN. WHILE YOUR TALKING TO THE ANCIENT ONE SHE OWE 130.00 IN FEES. YOU HAVE TO PAY ILL TRANSFER YOU TO THE PAYMENT LINE. PAYMENT LINE SAYS ACCOUNT BALANCE ZERO... HELLO MAYBE SOMEONE SHOULD Retire. BECAUSE SHE DEFINITELY DOESN'T HAVE ANY Business BEING THERE. UNLESS that is the core values and business ethics cash water utilities has instills. Does she pocket the fees??? Cause dang sure doesn't update proper balance of accounts. And only excuse we mail u a freaking piece of paper.. what ever.
