I was very impressed with Selbe Plumbing! We had a leak somewhere under the slab. Selbe plumbing came out and looked for the leak, it was very hard to find because of where it was located and the sound traveled making it difficult to find. They did not give up! They had to dig 2 tunnels under the house but once they found it, it was fixed that day! They went above what they had to do to get our leak fixed. They were open about every detail that had to be done and very reasonable in their price to fix it. I highly recommend using them!! They now have my business on whatever plumbing I need to have done! Selbe Plumbing gets five stars from me. Shawn was great with communicating with me from my first text message , which mind you was after normal business hours and he was attentive via phone calls and text messages. Shawn showed up when he said he would and his pricing is fair, for being a small town you at times are concerned with the price gouging but Selbe Plumbing was in line with standard pricing. He came in and completed the first phase of bathroom remodel without any delays. Thank you and we will use your oro services again ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a water heater emergency and we’re referred to Shawn with Selbe Plumbing. He came out the same day, literally within an hour, and got our water heater working, and also educated me on what to do if we have the same issues again! This husband and wife team did a fantastic job! I had a bunch of junk left in my old house I needed rid of and they not only took the big stuff but bagged up all the small stuff too. They were able to get me on their schedule right away which was perfect because I need to get my house on the market. Definitely will recommend them!

Worst “pay your bill” by phone process that I have. Its archaic!! The only business that charges a service fee when you pay by your credit or debit card. Additionally, they have my wrong service address in their system and I have called numerous times to get it changed only to encounter a voicemail system that obviously goes into the deep six because you never get a courtesy call back! This business needs a Top Down house cleaning for a cultural change!!

Went into the office to set up new service. The person was very helpful. To set the meter in place it required them to have access thru the gate (which the person in the officed asked about) so I left her the gate code. They came and set the meter and rather than use the gate code they REMOVED THE DAMN GATE FROM THE HINGES! Yes, they basically disassembled the gate rather than use the gate code. If you forgot the code YOU HAD MY CELL NUMBER ON THE ACCOUNT. Absolute idiotic behavior and very disrespectful to my property, Do you call this good customer service? What are people thinking when they believe removing a gate from the hinges is the right thing to do rather than get the code? It’s unbelievable! To top it off the gate was put back horribly where it was out of alignment so I had to have it corrected. Mr. Hodges, this is under your watch. Have you noticed the extremely poor reviews that is posted for Cash. I know most people that are satisfied don’t post but some do and will keep the rating fairly good. Cash’s rating is very poor. Being a consultant for quality improvement of product and services this type of behavior comes from top management, which includes you.

SHOULD BE NEGITIVE STARS... First they require you bill over buy their automated service that's cost a few to use.. You pay the full amount it says you owe, The amount was wrong on their side. So when I paid the balance in full it requested the system for 15 days did not update so left a late fee, now leading to disconnect for a 120.00 trip charge. Still as of system updated. Called office lady that explained to me how many many years she has been there. Said we mail a bill. Ok dinosaur rex, on the bill it says MAY BE DISCONNECTED. NOT WILL BE. So when your at work you call says regular amount you pay it.( Thinking cool no late fee)..WRONG AGAIN. WHILE YOUR TALKING TO THE ANCIENT ONE SHE OWE 130.00 IN FEES. YOU HAVE TO PAY ILL TRANSFER YOU TO THE PAYMENT LINE. PAYMENT LINE SAYS ACCOUNT BALANCE ZERO... HELLO MAYBE SOMEONE SHOULD Retire. BECAUSE SHE DEFINITELY DOESN'T HAVE ANY Business BEING THERE. UNLESS that is the core values and business ethics cash water utilities has instills. Does she pocket the fees??? Cause dang sure doesn't update proper balance of accounts. And only excuse we mail u a freaking piece of paper.. what ever.

Awesome experience all things considered. Cameron picked me and my broken down truck/trailer up, and made sure I was able to get my trailer home with a U-Haul rental. He didn’t have to take me to the gas station or the U-Haul rental place, but he did with no issues. His level of customer service is rarely seen in today’s times, and I really appreciate him. Benson Bros. are an excellent service that care about the people and their situations. They sent their driver Mr. Cameron that drove really far and many miles to come help me in the dark, rainy, stormy, very difficult and serious situation. I had got stuck on the dirt road I turned onto on County Rd. 2702, that I did not know it was a dirt road and the condition that it was in because I was being navigated to the road by my job navigation system. It was raining, thunder storming and lightning really bad and the road had became very wet, muddy and with water hole puddles. I tried to reverse and go back when I saw the condition of that road but, I couldn’t because I got stuck and my tires got bedded and had sunken down in it the wet and muddy dirt more, especially my left front tire. At first it seemed like there was not a way for me to be able to get out because his truck would have got stuck. In the rain and all the muddy dirt and water puddles Mr. Cameron knowledge, wisdom, expertise and skills, he came up with a solution and he was able to get me out. I will forever humbly be so very thankful and appreciative of Mr. Cameron and Benson Bros. Towing Service

I had a leak at my house. I called Steve & set up an appointment for the next day. Jack & Steve were at my house in a timely manner & found the leak. What I liked best was they took pictures to show me what had happened & what needed to be done. They took the time to explain everything. Thank you Acute Plumbing. We've used Acute for several years now. They do great work! The first time was for a dishwasher that was flooding two sinks when it emptied. Most recently, they fixed a French drain that had gotten buried, and our living room no longer floods when it rains. Thank you!
