February 2021 - Texas Deep Freeze I actually ended up contacting Classic Restoration Pros on my own because I was on all of the lists my insurance company recommended and still had no response after 7 days of having a flooded home. Thank goodness Casey answered the phone. He assured me that they could come out and deal with my catastrophe. Casey even gave me enough time to contact my insurance company in order to verify coverage using Classic. Darren, Casey and Garrett made this horrible experience bearable. The entire Classic team was professional, empathetic, helpful, responsible and overall caring. I highly recommend using Classic Restoration Pros!

The machines are always working. The change machine has never been out. The bulletin board is always up to date. It is clean and inexpensive. The plants are well taken care of. The restroom is clean and stocked. I would like to see a "lost & found" box/bin over by the trash bin. I think Wi Fi would be nice. Another machine with bleach/ tide pods/ dryer sheets would be a good addition.

Very nice facility with reasonable prices for the machines! Washers have a good amount of capacity and the dryers dry wonderfully. I love that you only pay for the time you want the dryers to run. Will absolutely be back!!

There is a good amount of washers and the dryers actually get my clothes dry. Cheaper than other local laundrymats

I was so pleased with the professionalism and the speedy service. We needed a couple of culvert pipes, you guys had what I needed in stock. A super clean facility for a construction materials company. I drove in, paid and checked out really fast. The guys in the back were very helpful, and I've already met recommended you to a couple other people.

Devin was very knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. Fair price and excellent work! I would highly recommend them for any work to be done.

This was the second time I've used this family-owned plumbing company to do work on my 64 year old house. Both times the owner's sons did an exceptional job. They're not cheap, but they do quality work and it's worth the cost to know the work is done right. I'll be calling on them again to do work in the recently remodeled kitchen, and to replace outside hose faucet.

Always picks up on time, never any problems. They are very hard working. Their job can't be easy. Fighting traffic, school traffic, weather and working long hours after holidays. I dont complain if its a late pickup, those that do can always apply for a job to help. Js

I have been patiently waiting since Monday for the video from Waste Connections that allegedly shows fecal matter in my trash can. My trash has not been collected for two weeks, and I have yet to receive the video or picture supporting these claims. The representative on Monday indicated that there is footage of fecal matter being in or on top of my trash cans and said he would email it to me on March 3rd. I have not yet received the email or a return call.

I have been dealing with this company randomly skipping trash pick up for 3 months. They don't return my phone calls and can't consistently explain to me why they skip our trash. Before this my trash was picked up regularly, and I never had a problem at all. Now we have trash and no place to put it. I spend $200 bucks for 2 trash cans that are not even being emptied.

If I could give them a negative review, I would. For starters, the water quality is not great. It's harsh and tastes terrible. The pressure has always been subpar at best, so poor, in fact, that it's nearly impossible to wash your dog or fill water troughs. It takes about two hours to fill a small trough. For the last twenty years we have repeatedly gone without water for indeterminate lengths of time, often in the heat of summer. Our meter has been misread a few times to the tune of nearly 400 dollars (more than once) and it took an act of congress and threats of bringing in investigative reporters to get the errors corrected. NOW, the water pressure is worse than it has ever been. It trickles, and not just during peak usage hours. When the pressure returns, it does so with such force it floods the kitchen countertop. Right now, it is 10:43 pm and I cannot wash laundry because there is not enough water coming into the washer so my washer is throwing a 4E code (samsung-- lack of water). NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE at the water department. NONE OF MY CALLS ARE RETURNED. This is not a new issue but the more people who move out here and tie into the water, the WORSE it gets. When I have been able to actually talk to someone, they act like it's not happening. The mismanagement of "Weston water department " is a disgusting disgrace and needs to be dealt with, and while you are at it clear out your voice mail box. IT'S FULL. PSA: DON'T MOVE OUT HERE BEFORE YOU CHECK INTO THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES YOU WILL RECEIVE.

I recently dined at Weston Water Supply, and I was truly impressed! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great dining experience. I can't wait to return!
