Why would you post a sign stating "No Fireworks" and then allow fireworks until 1am? city constantly contradicts itself. Fireworks past a certain time VIOLATE your noise ordinance. Construction past 8pm VIOLATES your construction ordinance. Fences on corner lots above 4ft in the front Violates your ordinance. Welcome to the town of contradiction, please check your common sense and ordinances at the door.

It’s crazy that they can’t send me my water bill even if I ask for it again, but they can send me a late fee notice. I CANT PAY MY BILL IF I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH I NEED TO PAY!!

Had a wonderful experience with the team from start to finish, addressing smoke damage from a home electrical fire. Special shout out to Carlos who patiently walked me through the process and answered my endless questions both in person and even via text. He went above and beyond in every way possible. ServPro was very quick to come out the same day I called and immediately set up the equipment to dry and take care of the issue. They treated the areas to ensure no mold would grow and only removed things that were totally ruined, taking care not to demo anything unnecessarily. They were conscientious of our home, courteous, and explained everything in detail, helping us feel confident in their assessment and ability to address all issues. They sought approvals prior to work and worked seamlessly with our insurance to make a miserable experience far less scary and less stressful. We can’t thank them all enough. 2 11 19 called Centex .2 12 19, Bobby identified problem. Return in 1 hr. No show,no call. 2 15 19 three man crew shows up 1pm, finds 1 lateral line. Finally talk to Lance (owner )at 4pm, still no cost estimates but will call Monday . I work Saturday and find rest of of lines. Sunday, I received a call from Lance chewing me out for working on my property I FIRED HIM.After 4 days,I was tired of waiting for the owner to show up and approve what they were doing. Put up with a bad septic, before dealing with Lance. L

Buyers beware CENTEX Septic System Kingsland Texas are scammers more specific Lance Dillard owner . They installed a Septic System for $6500 took the money and run . The system stop working 2 months after installation was done . THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY . I DONT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU . I DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ......THEY ARE SHADY PEOPLE AND SHADY COMPANY

The people at Wilcoxen Plumbing are friendly and professional, and they handled my needs rapidly. Joey and Kameron did exceptional work on my dripping faucet plus put in new shut off valves as well. ACI has provided pest control services for us for nearly 20 years. They are extremely knowledgeable, as in all of that time, we have NEVER experienced any pests, and we've ALWAYS been thrilled with their service. Most recently, we needed a significant termite treatment done before workers started forming for a slab. Greg had been out a few months before to survey and quote the work, but I wasn't able to give them much notice. Greg and Derrick juggled schedules and were able to do this work the next day, a tremendous testament to the customer focus that Greg and his team have. You will not regret calling ACI!

Had a house fire and used Johnson Excavation to demo our house. They did an excellent job, leaving the site clean and preserving our trees and septic tank system. The job was completed on time and James and Katie came out to walk the site with me afterwards to be sure we were pleased with the work done. Both James and Katie were friendly, professional, and easy to work with.

We couldn't be more pleased with the out come of the great work that they did for us. Have delt with a lot of people and I've got to say that we were blessed to have hired them to put in our septic, not only did they do an amazing job but they are the sweetest & kind people to do business with. Needed to figure a way out to pump our sewage from our fifth wheel up hill to our septic tank. No problem they said we can do it. Sure enough they got us set up in no time at all. And service is working great. Highly recommend them. Don't think there is anything that Johnson Excavation can't do. Give them a call.
