I had a disappointing experience with Joey during my visit about a week ago. He wasn’t helpful at all, which was surprising since I've always received wonderful service during my previous visits. I hope this was just an off day for him.

New employees were very knowledgeable and took time to walk me through the process of the project I was going to undertake. Saved me time and money, and I felt a lot more confident doing my DIY jobs, and they turned out just right.

My home town store. Always the friendly, helpful, sometimes I just wander. And the kids love millie.

Called and spoke to person about getting a quote on work at our home. Was told they would call back after 1:00. Called again at 4:30 and left message. Next day still nothing. If you don't want the job, just say so but don't waste our time and have us waiting around for nothing.

Left multiple messages and no calls were returned. I needed only a Residential Tie-in to the city sewer main..And we had all the work done..Only needed 30 minutes of their time and would have paid Handsomely...And this was an emergency.. figured out something on my own.. Four disabled people in the house and NO SEWER working.. Won't call them for plumbing the New House OR recommend them to ANYONE

Ballew Plumbing did a re-pipe on entire home and installed new drains for tub and shower, complete plumbing re-do. Very impressed with quality and efficiency of their work. Will definitely use again.

I hired them to pump out my septic tank. Poor customer service, they did not do a good job listening to my particular issue. This led to them only doing half the job. I had to call another septic service company to finish the job. Richland is twice the price of the other one I found.

They offered a great service and price. Would definitely recommend!

scheduled an appointment from 3-5 pm and was told to make sure that I answer my phone when the technician calls. They never showed or called. I called and asked what happened, was told the technician is in dallas and trinidad tx was to far. They don't have a business in Athens tx (that's next to Trinidad tx.) it's nothing but a call center that makes money as a third party scheduling other companies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAM ARTIST... WASTED MY ENTIRE DAY!

Tile Grout Cleaners Athens TX did an amazing job. The tech was great. He was very polite. My carpets dried within a few hours. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future

Great people/ customer services ,but Heavy startch is basically no startch barely can see the crease “Bullet Proof” seems good when you pick up once you put them on it’s if they are medium strength at best…

They did an amazing job on an old jacket. It was perfect, ironed immaculately and stain free

They're pretty nice. My family's used them before, although I haven't until my last visit. Pleasantly pleased with the place. I will definitely use them again if I need them.

Horrible service. They just decided that they wouldn't collect the trash on our street anymore. We've been in contact with them, and they keep telling us that they will take care of it. Well, we are 3 1/2 weeks into them, not doing what we pay them for. I would not recommend this company.

The people have zero phone skills,4 hour wait time to talk to them,no departments communicate with each other...it's a disaster trying to resolve any issues with them and they do not care....worst decision I ever made in jacksonville and chandler was to call republic services..don't do it

They forgpt to get my trash soany times i let it slide called they came back the next day and got ot bit Friday instead of picking up my trash the took my cans both that we paid for i have my number from payment but now cant get a hold of anyone then after 1 hor someone answer just to put me on hold to talk to someone else who still has not came to the phone ots been 35 min on hold do better please
