3B mold removal provided excellent service from start to finish. Vlad was always available and kept me informed throughout the process. He handled remediation work and clean up with great attention to detail both exceeded my expectations.

3B mold did a great job. Ray was very knowledgeable quickly identified the mold issue and provided a solid removal plan. The work was done on time at a fair price and exceeded our expectations. If you suspect mold related issues, give 3B mold the call.

Thank you for everything, the team was fantastic there was very little dust. The paint touch ups were flawless and they even came back at night to fix the color issue in the closet. We really appreciate their dedication and that everything was perfect.

Dalton was amazing! We sent him a video and he sent us a quote. It’s hard to trust a plumber because they always try to find extra things to charge you for, not Dalton. He was pretty straight forward from the beginning and pricing was reasonable. His communication was great and did a great job. I would 100% recommend and work with him again

Michael, Josh, paul They were all amazing. What I thought was a foundation issue wasn’t. It was something far less expensive and was repaired that same day. Although a lot of digging had to happen, they took real good care of the area where they worked. I thought they were going to have to dig up part of my flower bed thank goodness they didn’t . Worked non stop til completed. Excellent job you guys The way they put my grass back together was amazing.

David and Jonathan did fabulous work. Our water heater died and leaked into the house. They removed the old unit, patiently worked with us on scheduling for 2 weeks while we handled insurance and restoration, then installed the new unit perfectly. Very happy I contacted Ernie’s to handle this job, and I will definitely call again for future plumbing needs.

Michael did a fantastic job installing a new faucet, valve & shower head for our guest bathroom, and replacing and ancient toilet for us too. He carefully explained what he was going to do, and recommended replacement products with excellent quality and reasonable prices, that were in stock at a local home center. In the meantime, he informed us that our city water service valve would not completely shut off, so we could schedule the city to replace it while he worked around it. Through it all, Michael was courteous, kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend Ernie's Plumbing Service!

I genuinely wish there was another water company because this one is just down right abusive the way they treat their customers. I’ve been without water for 2 days!!! Not a single email or phone call as to why there’s no water. I call and the bumbling idiots in customer service say “it’s an emergency, the contractors struck a main water line. Twice. How are we supposed to know?” so nobody thought, after a few hours of no water, that it would be important to notify residents that there would be no water until further notice? Not a single soul with a functioning brain thought it was important to tell people who pay for their water, that they won’t be able to use their paid for services until further notice? Then I got “Kristen” cracking up on the line thinking that a resident going without water for 2 days straight is hilarious. This isn’t even the first time either. Over the summer I went several days without water because East Cedar Creek thinks it’s funny to cut the water off without notice. Apparently their contractors can’t do their jobs properly either. Every few weeks another one “strikes a main water line”….

My neighbor alerted me that we have a back up every month and Mantle Manners addition down Boshart Ln in Gun Barrel City!!!And for some reason they cannot figure out why but this is raw sewage is in my yard and I am tired of it if someone could please help me I’d really appreciate it!!!!!!! by the way your workers just left I am sending pictures they did nothing other than spray a little lime in the yard in the ditch so residence if you’re jogging riding your bike or your kids or walking down the road you are walking and raw sewage keep your shoes outside!!!!!!!

I don't have them... was actually calling to get trash service... but the sarcastic and rude individual on the other end of the line made my decision to pay a little more for trash pick up, and a lot less headache. It amazes me just how simple minded and Rude some of these business owners out this way truly are!

I like total sanitation! They pick up on schedule and if I fall behind on my bill, I pay my balance and resume pick up! The workers are friendly too!!

My one month project took 4 months to be completed due to then being unable to pick up the container, their excuse was a bunch of lies, first that their truck was broke down and as soon I walked out there was a truck coming in, so now they said they had other orders in front of mine. They kept the money to an undeliver container and later use it for overweight fees when the container was not even full, they wouldn’t answer our calls and many issues more. Not recommended at all. Worst experience ever
