Having used this company for years, I anticipated a good job, but when the technicians finished, the tile looked new! What a fantastic job. The carpet also looked great. Service was great, water system works perfect and the instalation went great. I wish I could leave a higher rating but from the beginning, trying to get all the financial part figured out was a real pain. The guy made 2 phone appointments with me and he missed them both. Then after I got the installation, it took a month to get it financed and now I'm still getting notifications from the company that I still owe them money in the amount of the "discounts" I was offered. Looks like they were more like a temporary discount that I would have to pay back, like a loan. If I knew this going in I would've gone with a different company I dropped the review lower because I can't get anyone to return my call and I still haven't gotten my Costco card that was promised. Absolute terrible customer service in the end. Edited: finally got the shop card months later so that's worth a boosted review. Would've been better if communication had been better through it all.

They charge 99.00 for a service call they are here 15 minutes my total bill was 203.06 only two filters changed!! But they do have Great Customer service the service tech that comes out he’s a real nice guy. I talked to Micheal McKay 10/29/24 we talked about problems I had with reaching the Company and some other issues he was very concerned and assured me he would address the issues. I really appreciated him for reaching out to me and look forward to doing business with the company. Thanks Micheal.

Greg made all of the issues right. Update: My system was installed in October. I have yet to receive my Costco shop card. I contacted Costco and they informed me, Axis Water never supplied them with documents that I bought a system. It also took them four months to get the financing handled. If I could, I would uninstall the system and sit it right on their front door.

This is a great small town hardware store. They do a really great job of having a large variety of things that you would need. The people who run it are very knowledgeable, they're very friendly, just a great place to have in a small town. Very happy that we have them here.

They close whenever they feel like it.

Every time I go to landfill the employees are always professional and very respectful. The lady the gate is very kind , helpful and respectful. From what I see the landfill is very easy to get around and very clean 1nd taken care of. I wish it was open on Saturdays.

Drove 30mins to get there, and have it be closed even when the app said open. Other then that loved it the other times I went there
