Called sunset roofers because I had wind damage on a small area on my house, sunset roofers where able to come within a couple of days of calling them to patch it up and check other shingles while on the roof. They went above and beyond in repairs and preparation, great customer service. Highly recommend them if you’re in Laredo! Thank you again Sunset Roofers God bless

They were quick to response to my roof disaster and fixed it as soon as they were able to. They were recommended by several neighbors and now I know why. Would highly recommend as well!!

Wind caused a large tree branch to land on roof. Branch was removed and Sunset Roofers provided a free roof inspection. They inspected entire roof and photographed minor damage caused by tree branch, as well as other areas that needed maintenance. An upfront estimate was provided, and repairs were accomplished almost immediately, and at very reasonable cost. Highly recommend Sunset Roofers, a courteous and professional roof repair service.

I spoke with Jessica to pick up my branches and she dispatch the city of LaredoTx solid waste really fast thank you Jessica for keeping the city of LaredoTx in the Southside safe for pedestrian be safe walking on the side walk. from Sierra quality cleaning service keep up the good work ♥

My trash wasn’t picked up , I called the city number and this was their response to me was . “The driver is new” I told them that shouldn’t be my issue . The last time I left it too close I got a fine. Now that it isn’t my fault they don’t want to pick it up until Monday. Wanted to escalate to the supervisor but he was “busy” . If the driver has a CDL license, I believe he would be able to pick this up easily, because I drive commercial vehicles myself. Laredo residents should not be responsible for their employees' lack of training or if they don't feel comfortable picking up a trash placed in the correct place, they could at least knock on our door. Or you know do their job and move the trash. Frustrated by their response , the employee also then proceeds to tell me I’m looking at your home on google maps and you don’t have enough space ?! For the fourth time, I repeated taking the measurements to her. Customer service should not be overlooked nor training for these drivers this is ridiculous!
