IF YOU NEED SEPTIC TANK SERVICES -A1 BUDGET SEPTIC- IS THE ONLY PLACE YOU NEED TO CALL. !!TALK ABOUT EXCELLENT SERVICE I CALLED THEM MONDAY AROUND 1 pm OR SO ,ON TUESDAY, YES THE VERY NEXT DAY !!!A GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF CHAD SHOWED UP AND WALA MY SEPTIC PROBLEMS WERE OVER. CHAD PROVED TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGE, FAST,POLITE AND THOROUGH AND TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER THEY ARE AFFORDABLE!!!! I GIVE THEM A 5 STAR FOR SURE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YALLS GREAT SERVICE

    Our water is shut off for hours at a time at least once a month and without any warning. There have been a few times where we lost water for 7-8 hours per day for several days in a row just in the past 2 years. Their billing practices are also unkind and the payment options are limited. Their website suggests "to avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill" but they send you the bill only 3 or 4 calendar days before it's due. I end up paying the late fee often because my due date will fall on the weekend and they don't give any grace if you drop a payment in their box on a Friday after hours. The nerve.
