MORE VENDORS than last time I think, however, lots of jellys being sold. Some other home canned items like pickled items, salsa. Few fresh items, 3$ for 12 cherry tomatoes did seem extreme. Some jewelry. INTERESTING: local fresh duck eggs, local Texas honey. Very nice unusually decorated wood & furniture items. AS USUAL- very nice, friendly people. I rate 4☆ for duck eggs, local honey, wood items & nice vendors.

Was not open despite being there during open hours. The door was difficult to find. The door had a number to call if the door was locked when they were supposed to be open, we called no one answered.

I loved seeing this year's 4th of July fireworks here on the lake side!!!

Very large kitchen and the rest of the room is large enough for several long tables. Nice that it has an ice machine.

Its not for the public... Even though its a public building... No public restrooms etc...The maintenance of the roads has declined in the last year or so...

My father got his plumbing license in 1950. He helped his younger brother's James and Eddie Sanders get their license. I'm proud to be a small part of this family heritage! ❤

Worst plumbers. They did not replace the broken clay pipe on sewer line. They reduced the line from 4inch pvc to 3inch, back to 4 inch, booted to broken clay pipe. They also did not slope the pipe. The water drained towards the house when they were done. They also threw all the scrap pipe back into the ditch. Lazy, non-professional, and bad quality people. Total cost to replace 105 foot of sewer line, $3500. Do not call these people for plumbing needs.

Waiting for a response back from them regarding a sink hole that their crew caused in my backyard after other issues we had through the whole project. If they stand by their work and make the situation right I will update my review. If not I will update it with my lawyers info.
