So, here we are in the 21st century, and this is my thoughts on the need for water. Just like the past, you need water. I started this process last Friday and called no less than 4 other plumbers in this area. The only plumber who answered the phone and I will not mention their name was "too" busy to get to me. But would call back within the hour...never received a call back. Although, being out if water wasn't an emergency, installing septic systems were the priority. When I did get a call back...on Monday, "We can get to you on Friday." That would mean my wife and I wouldn't have water to the house for over week! The other plumbers never answered a phone. Which now alludes me to Geigle Utilities. I called and immediately got the owner on the phone. I explained the circumstances and by 3:30 pm Monday, his top notch employee arrived before the arrival time given. Unloaded and completed the job as quick as possible. While working, I received a phone call from the owner asking if there was any parts or equipment that was needed to complete the job order and he would be in the road as soon as needed with all items required. We had water to the house within an hour of arrival. Now, the rest of the story. Could I have fix this myself yes...but, as I write this, September 3rd, I had knee replacement surgery... Thank you Geigle Utilities, Wendell and Christopher "Little Bit" Thompson!

VAS was a life saver. Was working on some renovations that I thought I could handle on my own. Was able to get the drywall hung but when I went to start taping and floating, I knew I was in over my head. I reached out to VAS and a few other general contractors to get quotes. Victor and Angela swung by the house that afternoon, evaluated what needed to be done, and then offered up a fair quote and I agreed. Very easy and friendly process. Victor, Pablo, and Rick started the work and absolutely knocked it all out of the park. They were very professional and helpful, and I was very satisfied with their work once they were completed. I would indeed recommend them to friends and family in need of general contractor work, and am actually hiring them again this week for another project I am wanting to get knocked out. 5/5 would and will use again.

When wanting to add an office to our home we were unsure about who we wanted to hire. When meeting Victor for the first time we instantly felt like family. He was knowledgeable and knew how to bring my vision to life. Angela is amazing to work with and she makes sure that you are happy with the work that is done. The crew was amazing and allowed us to be in the know every step of the way. The job was complete in a quick and efficient time frame. RUN AWAY. fist job went fine. Charged me for 3 days but spent 1.5. The second, simply replacing 2 bathroom cabinets and painting was F.U.B.A.R. Insisted on 50% down to put me in the que, took 2 months to start, worked 2 days spreading curtains, tools, building materials, bed, furniture over the ENTIRE 1st floor including kitchen, and living room then LEFT WITHOUT FINISHING A SECOND TIME FOR 6 WEEKS. Returned for 3 days after my constant calls THEN LEFT AGAIN FOR 4 WEEKS. When I refused to pay the balance because of shotty finish work, the sub and the owner got pissy. After the second refusal to accept what was called complete work and the assurances from the owner that they inspected personally at some late time of night, I involved my attorney. The sub showed up on a major holiday, full of attitude to fix the incomplete work.
