Ben and his team once again hit a home run for our landscaping project. We recently had a major renovation project in our backyard requiring significant repair with sod and landscaping decorative ideas. My tankless water heater began making a loud and disruptive noise, indicating that it needed replacement. I contacted Wayne/Hyde Plumbing, and their team responded promptly to replace the unit. However, the noise persisted the following day, so I requested a follow-up visit. The team returned the next day to address the issue, and Austin demonstrated exceptional dedication by staying late into the evening to ensure that everything was functioning properly. His professionalism, respectfulness, and commitment to resolving the problem were greatly appreciated. Thank you for the outstanding service!"

I requested a quote online, received a response almost immediately. They were able to come out the same day. Alex came to test for leaks, he was so nice and such a professional. He took the time to explain things as he went and even answered some other random questions I had while he was working. I highly recommend them if you need a plumber, we will be using them again for sure!

We had a water pipe burst under our house (pier and beam). Caleb responded as quickly as possible. He did an excellent job and was very professional and polite. We're very impressed with the repair! I highly recommend Wayne Hyde Plumbing.

Robert and his team are truly professionals, with a no-nonsense attitude. They arrived on time, trimmed eleven huge tree size red tips, removed stumps, and cleared the property of all debris. Robert from Texas Lawn Guys did a great job trimming the trees off of and away from my house, he even hauled off some old limbs that I had cut yet hadn’t disposed of yet. We had been avoiding replanting two fruit trees that needed to be moved due to our very rocky soil and Robert took care of it. Great service, I will be contacting him again for future landscaping needs.

WOW!! The staff was very friendly, and super helpful!! I love the unique color-varieties of their geraniums, petunias, and other landscaping plants. The atmosphere is super FUN!! A great selection of trees, too. They offer a military discount and a special treat for repeat customers!! My daughter has been back at least 3 times so far this season!! She LOVES this place, their plants are healthy!!! This is a true GEM!! Please visit while in Texas.

They have a pretty good selection on huge pots-which aren't too heavy thankfully, and even Xmas trees. Customer service was super friendly and knowledgeable of products. There's an inside and outside portion to the nursery. And greenhouse. A few plants wilted as it's pretty cold currently, but their shrubs and trees seemed in pretty good shape. I purchased a snake plant, outdoor Xmas spiral tree and a few small plants along with my friend who also purchased some stuff. I wish they would've asked about military discounts out had it posted, as I spent over $200 and didn't think to ask- I recently retired from the army... Anyway, I do recommend and will eventually go back once they have more of a selection. Be sure to ask about the military discount! Apparently, there's also discounts for professional landscapers and seniors. They also sell firewood!

I enjoy this nursery a lot. They have a wide variety of plants and garden decor and the prices are very good. They even have a kitty who roams around and dogs are allowed also. We will return for more trees.

Gill construction did a great job with our new shower. Once we were scheduled, they completed the project very quickly and efficiently. Any minor issues that came up, they addressed quickly and professionally. Thank you to the Gill team for a beautiful shower, we love it!

Requested an estimate on a bathtub replacement. A man named Matt came out on 2/5 and told me to replace a standard size bathtub and surrounding tile/ porcelain would be around $8500 , he let me know while standing in my bathroom that I would have to pay extra for their “overhead”( company lights, payroll, etc) to keep the business running. I just received the written estimate after requesting it again 2/10/25, and it’s almost $10,000. When I asked about his breakdown for labor cost for a bathtub replacement and inquired if I could buy my own materials, he quickly emailed and stated they could not do the project and advised that I should call Lowe’s or Home Depot and ask them to install a new bathtub for me. I understand paying a company additional money to help with their building “overhead” electricity, but I shouldn’t be responsible for paying their electricity for the entire year. My overall experience with Gill Construction was confusing and Matt seems very unprofessional.

After the heavy wind and rain recently our third level retaining wall fell over. We met with James from Gill Construction and he helped determine the best solution to prevent it from happening again. Even with all the days of rain the concrete crew arrived a day earlier than expected and returned on Saturday to finish the job (they returned Monday after everything was dry and to finish cleaning up). They always had the materials they needed, they were always respectful of the items on the property, they always kept the area clean from any trash (both from food and building items), they were respectful of the neighbors and where they parked their vehicles and they always made sure our back yard was secured when they left at the end of the day. We are pleased with the work that was done and especially pleased that the wall looks like the other 2 levels.

Lake levels are up about 27 feet from the last time we paddled here! These are the Street Lights for the parking lot!

Great fishing area for bank fishing. Easy to walk areas, usually clean but some people will never clean up after themselves. Just an overall beautiful spot on Belton Lake. I have no experience using the boat docks as I don't have a boat. Recommend.

Can barely see it from the road. Look down and you will see it due to the lake being so low. Excellent floating marina. …
