These guys are incredible. I sprung a leak in my pressure tank. Called them Friday afternoon around 3pm to see if and when they might be able to come out and they had it swapped out in about 3 hours from the time I called. Just incredible service. We happen to have records of the other maintenance by the original home owners and turns out that Ondrey has been working on this water system for 30 years. They have done all the drilling and maintenance. The repair cost seemed very reasonable for a scheduled call and amazing for a 3 hour turn around.

Recommend highly if you ever have a need for their service. I called after hours and they still responded to me. They came out early and assessed the problem and with the go ahead came back and was finished with our repair by 3pm. We can't thank them enough for their hard honest and efficient work. Pump quit running at 330 Friday afternoon Called and they where her within the hour. Troubleshoot and figured out I needed a new pump. I thought I was going to have to wait til next week. They ran back to shop picked up a well pump and returned and had me back up by 530. A+ service Thank you for staying and getting my water back on. High recommend!

Omar and his team cleaned out my dryer vent...made a HUGE difference in drying quality! Highly recommended if you haven't done it in years. Additionally, I referred him to a few of my HVAC clients for duct cleaning...they've all been nothing but impressed with his service!

MESECKE DRILLING DID A GOOD JOB AND CAME EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO START. THEY EXPERIENCED A BREAKDOWN OF THE DRILLING RIG AND PROMPTLY INFORMED ME OF IT AND WENT TO AUSTIN THE NEXT DAY TO GET THE PART THEY NEEDED TO RESUME. THE BREAKDOWN HAPPENED ON A WED. AND THE WERE BACK ON THE FOLLOWING MON. AND COMPLETED THE NEXT DAY. THEY PROMISED ME THEY WOULD FIND GOOD WATER EVEN IF THEY HAD TO DRILL DEEPER THAN THE ESTIMATE THEY GAVE ME AT THIER COST. I HAVE GOOD PRESSURE AND THE WATER IS CLEAR AND TASTE AS GOOD AS BOTTLED WATER. NONE OF THAT SO CALLED "WELL WATER TASTE OR MINERAL TASTE". THE COST WAS IN SYNC WITH THE ESTIMATES I HAD RECEIVED FROM OTHER DRILLERS. MR. MESECKE IS A KIND GENTLEMAN AND I ENJOYED YACKING WITH HIM. I RECCOMMEND HIM PERSONALLY.

I wish that there was an option to give 10 stars here. I cannot tell you how happy I am with my experience with CORE KHI. Back in late December 2022 a pipe burst in my shower flooding my bathroom, closet, bedroom and laundry room. My insurance company recommended CORE KHI and I couldn't be happier. Kudos to Frank who I worked with initially. He was amazing when it came to the demolition, remediation and redesign and rebuild. He was there for me whenever I needed him and his expert guidance. I had no idea what I wanted in a new bathroom etc. His ideas were brilliant. As well I cannot say enough about Rodney who took over as the construction manager. He kept me informed of the construction process on an almost daily basis. He was on top of it. My highest praise goes to Eric, he is a true artist in renovation and reconstruction. His eye for detail is second to none. He created for me what I consider my luxury hotel retreat at home. KHI Thank you !

This company is great!!! Kevin is so knowledgeable about mold and remediation. He helped me with some concerns I have with our home. He was so quick to reach out, and really listened and helped with my concerns. I really appreciate his help and the peace of mind that came from it. He’s awesome, I highly recommend giving them a call if you have any water damage or suspicions of mold in your home or workplace!!!

Very happy with our experience with KHI and their whole team. They took great care of us and did a quality job mitigating our home after a tornado. Kevin was great and went above and beyond, including speaking with our insurance company and getting them to cover additional living expenses while we were unable to live in our home. 10/10 recommend.

Rafael Cuello handled most of the remediation, helped with the packing and moving process, and handled much of the demolition for our home that had sustained water damage from a sewer backup. Rafael was my main contact for most of that whole process. He was extremely good at communicating with me, providing progress updates and coordinating appointments. He listened very carefully to my requests concerning any special needs related to property security and access and responded appropriately. I hope I never have need for these services again, but if I do, I would like to have someone as conscientious and responsive as Rafael to work with.
