After simply calling this company to request a price quote on backflow testing for my filtration system at my home, they quoted $155 which just happens to be the highest price I have been quoted (everyone else quoted $100 including the city fee). I simply mentioned this to the girl on the phone to which she replied “you get what you pay for” and hung up on me! Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

February 2021 - Texas Deep Freeze I actually ended up contacting Classic Restoration Pros on my own because I was on all of the lists my insurance company recommended and still had no response after 7 days of having a flooded home. Thank goodness Casey answered the phone. He assured me that they could come out and deal with my catastrophe. Casey even gave me enough time to contact my insurance company in order to verify coverage using Classic. Darren, Casey and Garrett made this horrible experience bearable. Decent place. I am using this place for almost a year now. Most of the machines works all the time which is understandable. However, coin changers have frequent problem. Place is clean and well taken care of. I had issues with a washer once and coin changer couple of times, tried to call customer service. No one picked up.

There's hardly any water on the wash and rinse cycle. Public restroom is always locked. City ordinance requires businesses to have public restrooms. Sign posted wants customers to go to the gas station. Washing price for all washing machines for 2, 3, 4, and 5 loads has gone considerably high.

One of our toilets was leaking and needed to be reset on the flange. They came out (no extra charge!) and reset the toilet and caulked it within minutes at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

Recently, I used this plumbing company for multiple plumbing leaks. He and his assistant had a challenge locating this leak from our toilet every time it was flushed, but they successfully did. Not only did the tech repair it all leaks, but he discovered the cause and fixed that. Nothing was done half way!

What a great set up/company. These guys are super professional. Decided to give them a call about pricing and ended up sending them my 40ft trailer to have refurbished due to some wear and tear over the years. The finished product was beautiful. I called and booked a steam clean for $79 for my sofa and the tech comes in stating I need a shampoo for $250 and a steam. I politely declined and said I just would like the steam service I booked. He tells me his minimum is $150 and he cannot do it and just walked out and left. I call in and speak to Mike who is SUPER unhelpful nor apologetic for my experience and says to wait for a call back from management. Never have I had such a horrible experience.
