Canyon Regional Water Authority Lake Dunlap WTP - New Braunfels

We recently provided services for Waypoint Restoration in June 2024, and despite multiple attempts to follow up on payment, we have yet to be paid. Communication from the company has been minimal, and promises of payment have not been fulfilled. We urge others to exercise caution when working with Waypoint Restoration.

What a relief to have Waypoint when the freeze this winter gave us a terrible water leak. The water damage spanned three rooms including walls and floors. Bringing everything to begin mitigating the damage on the day we reached out, we knew we were in good hands. The Waypoint team became a welcomed visitor to monitor moisture levels and coordinate all the pieces for reconstruction. Adding a level of complexity is that we work from home. The crew always let us know their expected arrival making the project flow with minimal disruption. Friendly and professional. Our home is truly better than before the incident!

I didn’t know where to even begin when my water heater flooded my upstairs living area while I was out of town. Waypoint was on site within 30min of my call and restored the entire area in 5 day without any issues. 100% recommend Waypoint.

Our hot water heater had a leak, but we didn't think the damage would be too extensive, but we called Canco just in case. Matt and Gavin immediately came out and assessed. Thank goodness because the damage was so much worse than we imagined. The water had spread underneath the flooring across 5 rooms of our house. We would have been stuck in a moldy nightmare if it wasn't for Canco. They advocated for us with our insurance. Their work was fantastic- our water remediation, pack out, demo, re-floor, and pack-in. Kenneth, Joe, and Jessie were awesome to work with- which means a lot coming from me because I can be a bit of a "Karen" ;).

Had Mr. Kenneth Barrett from Canco save my house twice now. 1st time Darian and the crew helped with plumbing and restoration after sewer line snapped. Helped keep me on Budget as we had just gotten the house. And more recently after 2 yrs now we've been in our 1st home and they've kindly redone our floating vinyl floors, bathroom tile, vanity, and some HVAC. Overall just saving us heartache in a stressful time. If you want fair prices and quality work please run don't walk to Canco. Jesse, Ever, and the crew have made it a seamless experience. Everything is itemized and completely transparent. Appreciate the communication from Mr. Kenneth especially highly, highly recommend.

We completely lost our house due to a fire, we were devastated to loose our house due to fire and were in need of a reputable contractor to work with our insurance company to rebuild our house knowing how many people who have been scammed we found Kenneth Barrett with Canco construction he is awesome he is honest hardworking wants to make sure we are happy with everything all of the people that work for Kenneth Barrett are top quality no corners were cut .They communicated with us every step of the way to make sure the end product was what we wanted I count my blessings we found him .He did the restoration and rebuilding of our home we love it we are staying here for the rest of our lives Kenneth and team turned our tragic loss into the a house that is nicer than we could have imagined we highly recommend Kennth Barret to anyone who needs a contractor they can trust to do the job right

Incredible work done by Paul Davis. The 2 gentleman that came out were amazing at getting the job done and better than I ever expected. Mark Torres and the entire crew at Paul Davis are absolutely phenomenal! From my initial call to my issue being resolved was less than 5 days. Mark came out and gave me a rundown of the situation, told me what could be done to fix it, and then delivered on everything he said. I didn't have to chase after Mark or ask for updates about what was happening with my project. Mark is professional and provided regular updates with plenty of information. The remediation crew that came out were fast, efficient, friendly, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs restoration / remediation/remodeling!

We called to have a bathtub leak fixed and were given the information for Paul Davis Company. We spoke with Jarod, he got a team out to the house to begin the remediation and had everything deconstructed and the drying process started in about 3 hours. Josh and the team came by daily to check on the drying process, were always courteous and professional, help to make sure our pets didn't get out and really took pride in their work. We are now waiting to get estimates for reconstruction and look forward to seeing what the next steps will be.

An experience just now. Low pressure all over this morning and been getting lots of iron in our pool discoloring the water. Austin and Josh came to check it out! They were incredibly knowledgeable and very very helpful. Respectful in every way and taught me a lot about all my property water. SS Water company— Austin and Josh were absolutely wonderful. Moving out to Sutherland Springs from Seguin and was trying to see if it would be better to do a well or a meter. Called and got the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to. Was trying to get advice and she just keep saying I need to pay them to have an engineer come out before she’d talk to me. She made my decision easy. Will never deal with this company.

You could pay your bill on time for a decade then have a “leak” with a high bill… they won’t work payment plans or honor leak adjustments. The bill is triple the normal bill but the bill for the next month is normal. Tried to tell me I had a pool or sprinkler system running which I don’t own either. Then went back to saying I have a leak and the bill can’t be wrong and that I better pay it or they will turn my water off.

These guys were nice but they didn't seem to be very good. I called them because I knew I had a leak. They came and insisted that they tested everything and that I had no leak. Sure enough after they left more water appeared. I called them back and they told me they couldn't service me for a week. I basically paid $500 for them to give me a false diagnosis. Will fix it came out and found the leak right away. They did give me a redund of $175 but that didn't help much.

Used them before and did a good job but this time was hired to extend a septic line and replace toilets. Never showed up on time. One day we rearranged our whole day and he never even called to say he was going to be late or eventually never make it out. In my book very unprofessional. I don't mind that it took him 3 days to do the work but I do mind that he never showed up when he said he would and never once called to say he was going to be late or ask if we needed to reschedule.

Mark from M-R Plumbing made an emergency call to our home. Our sewer drains were backed up. We're on septic. Mark asked me a few questions then narrowed the problem down to the stoppage location within a short period of time. Drains are flowing and we'll sleep well. Thank you M-R Plumbing
