Our water is shut off for hours at a time at least once a month and without any warning. There have been a few times where we lost water for 7-8 hours per day for several days in a row just in the past 2 years. Their billing practices are also unkind and the payment options are limited. Their website suggests “to avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill” but they send you the bill only 3 or 4 calendar days before it’s due. I end up paying the late fee often because my due date will fall on the weekend and they don’t give any grace if you drop a payment in their box on a Friday after hours. The nerve.
