Castex Roofing Co was great! Hugo came down to my house to do the inspection a day after my initial call; He got my trust right away. His crew was polite, respectful and very professional. I would use them again in the future if needed. They did excellent work and had great communication with me and my husband. I’d highly recommend them. I was in need of a metal roof installation at a remote location so I needed someone who was dependable and fair. I searched for roofers close to the house location and reached out to a few. Only one, Castex, responded to my quote request. Hugo, drove the distance to meet us and quote the work. This was a good sign because we don't live at the house location and needed to know we could depend on this contractor. Hugo listened to our wishes and was open to our unique situation. He offered additional solutions to some issues we had which showed us that he knew what he was doing. The quote was very fair and affordable so we went with them. So glad we did because they did a fantastic job. Hugo was very responsive, dependable and did quality work. The other Google reviews were telling the truth. I would definitely use Castex again!

We contacted several roofing contractors to find out what we were looking at to get our roof re-done. Hugo was one of a few who called back. He actually called back within a few minutes. He came out as agreed and called before coming too. He looked at our roof and answered some of our questions and explained a couple of things. We had the insurance come out and look at the roof as well. Hugo came back out a second time and answered a few more questions and submitted a quote shortly after that. After we decided to hire Castex Roofing for the job we contacted him and agreed on a day a few days later to get the roof re-done. The workers came as said early in the morning and were careful with their truck when they drove it through the back yard and close to the house so that they could dispose of the old shingles / roof paper etc. from the roof by throwing them into the truck bed. Since our roof is not so big, they were done by mid afternoon. They also meticulously checked and cleaned up around the house/yard before leaving. This was a refreshing experience and we highly recommend Castex Roofing. Hugo understands that good communication is essential to good business. We appreciate his care for the customer and thank him and his roofing crew for a great job.

Both the people answering the phone in the service department and our servicemen, Moses were polite, respectful, helpful, efficient, professional and kind. I can't say enough good things about the two ladies who helped me on the phone and Moses. I am so glad we decided to go with Tradesman Services.

April 2025: Many thanks to the team from Tradesman for a great job on our full ductwork renovation and airflow balancing, addition of REME Halo, and installation of a new dryer duct in our garage and out through the brick veneer. Tom took great care of us from coming out to get us the estimate and seeing the project through to the end. All the technicians did a great job and were very professional and pleasant, including Noah (team lead), Raymond, Nathan, Joe, Will, and Moses. We also really appreciate how careful they were about our pets inside. It's a relief to have a company like this to rely on! June 2024: Everyone at Tradesman was wonderful, helping us out with air handler replacement. We want to especially thank Krystal, Joan, Noah, Tim, and Nathan for their hard work. We look forward to seeing the folks from Tradesman twice a year for maintenance checks, for which we purchased a service plan. Their warranty offering is excellent also. We anticipate having them update our ductwork in the near future.

Tom & his team were excellent to work with on our recent job. Tom was incredibly responsive from the first call through the completion of the project. He met our needs with prompt and professional care through call, text, and email, communicating every step of the process thoroughly. Tradesman has been honest with their recommendations and precise in their work. We felt completely cared for as they worked on the meeting the needs of our home. As a church that uses this home to grow our ministry and reach our community, it felt like Tradesman took every need into consideration. The service technicians were trustworthy and punctual, working hard to meet the deadlines needed to complete the project. They also communicated daily as the install was going on, we never had to wonder if and when things were happening. We highly recommend Tom, Josh, & their techs for all your heating and cooling needs. The Harmony Cabin is ready to host more guests thanks to your hard work!

Close enough to get refills on water jugs, male employee really nice and had a wagon to carry my jugs to car, even placed them inside.

Staff are friendly and the water is great! The new location (just across the street from the old,small shack) is big, bright, and awesome!

We are building a new home and are living in temporary housing on our property. It was time to put gutters on both buildings to control the mud splatter which is part of being in a construction zone. I found a couple of places through an online search. Austin came out and gave me a quote. His price was actually slightly higher than another guys, but when I looked at the gauge (thickness of the material), it was evident that the slightly higher price included a superior product, one that would last through the storms and hail that we get here in Texas. They came on the date stated and did the installation far faster than I expected. Great work. Cleaned up well also as there was no evidence that someone had been there other than the fact that I had brand new gutters that look great. Highly recommend.

City of Killeen sent their crew to my residence while I was gone TDY in Sept 2022. They failed to check underground for pipes and ripped out my sprinkler system. Then they left without ever fixing it and have refused to respond to my requests for contact to have the damages they caused be repaired. Just your typical City of Killeen response to its residents and taxpayers.

Horrible and disgusting attitudes I avoid, at all cost, contact with those people. Their systems are so archaic it is pathetic and completely unacceptable. City of Killeen Utilities and Collection employees appear to be so miserable at their workplace, as it comes across in their tone and how they handle business with customers. The employees training is clearly insufficient and should be reviewed and reimplemented.

Usually a line to wait in to pay your bill. There's option of going threw a drive thru or going inside to the tellers both options are like a bank. I think the building used to be a bank. ??Possibly??
