Every single week I am awakened by the sound of trash truck, banging trash cans and lots voices as early as 5am! This is beyond unacceptable! I will be making a formal complaint of your violation of noise ordinance in Weatherford! Truly ridiculous!

Will never use again due to the Manager or Owner. We were out of town and a neighbor told us we had a water leak. The water was shut off and I started making calls for plumbers. I called Dinomite and two other places, Dinomite answered their phone so I went with them. They told me they had a plumber in my area and could get there that afternoon, which was appreciated but not required or requested. The plumber that was sent out did make the repair, they answered the phone and came out same day so I am giving them 2 stars for that instead of 1 star. The repair was during the week and during normal business hours. We had a leak in the filter housing so I told the plumber to bypass the softener and just run a straight line, simple and easy. I was charged $513.62 for the repair. I explained that I thought the price was extremely high for what was done and asked if there was a manager or owner that I could speak to about it. The plumber called the office and then called me back stating I could call the office but per the office the price would not change. He apologized and agreed it was high but he stated there was nothing he could do as the office sets the prices. I paid my bill and then called the office requesting to speak to a manager or the owner. A man answered the phone and I very calmly explained I was not happy with the bill and could he explain it to me. He was very defensive and rude from the start. He asked what is there to explain, that I had called and they came out same day, did the repair and that is what they charge and I should be grateful. I asked him to break down the bill and he stated they charged me a $75 service/trip charge. I explained that this was not told to me up front and his response was "Well did you ask?" This man on the phone then continued with telling me they charged me for a two-hour minimum (again not told up front) and over $140 in parts. The parts are listed in the invoice and can be seen in the picture. They installed 3' of pex, a few clamps and a ball valve. I again calmly stated that is quite a markup for so little and the man said he only marks up his parts 30%. Look at the plumbers list on the invoice, the math does not add up. I explained that I was expecting about half this amount and I felt like they were price gouging me knowing I was out of town. I was told they charge the same no matter what, even if after hours or on weekends. I guess it may be a good deal if you need emergency service but it is quite the rip off for a simple repair during business hours. He then asked "anything else?" I replied that I was not appreciative of his attitude and that I had received the text to leave a review and I explained it would not be a good one the way he was treating me. He stated I was threatening him and to go ahead and "leave my little review" and he would respond to it. I asked for his name and I was told "it is none of your concern". I asked a second time stating he is representing his company and I do deserve to know who is speaking to me so rudely. He replied with "it is none of your business who I am". Well, I do hope you do respond and you can leave your name when you do. Based on your reaction and how you spoke to me I believe you are questioned quite often about your pricing and do not like having to defend it. I told the mystery man that I would not use his company ever again solely on how he treated me and his response was "oh well, that's fine". This company will way over charge you, will be extremely defensive and rude if you question the invoice and then will not have the courage to let you know who you are speaking to. I do not recommend this company. Take a look at the pictures and decide for yourself. You can get the Jomar ball valve for $17.38, 100' of Pex for $58 (They used 3') and a bag of 50 Pex Crimp Rings (they used 8 and that small spliced together section makes no sense) for $16.20 at the local plumbing supply.

Great service, just had some dirt work done for a new house pad. Randy was professional and Charles was a surgeon with the dozer. In today's world it's rare to get your money's worth, especially with contractors these days and we did! Thank you look forward to working with you again. 2/2024

I used RG Dozer for a pond project and to deal with some flooding issues. Randy met with me and made some suggestions that I did not even think of. He gave me an estimate that was fair. After meeting with several contractors I decided to go with Randy. We signed a contract and he got me on the schedule about 4 weeks out and when his guys showed up the work went faster than I had expected. At the end of it my wife and I were so happy with the results. I see some fishing in my future and no more standing water where there shouldn’t be. Thanks Randy!!!

We used RG Dozer Service to put in a pad for our barn, put in a pond and an arena. The work came out better than we could ever have expected. Super reasonably priced and they got everything done quickly and efficiently. It ended up being more work than expected due to finding a very old trash pit from long previous owners but they honored their price and still completed the work on time. Our property is cleaner and so much more functional now. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work.
