Charles was patient, knowledgeable and detailed. He took timeout at the end of his busy day and spent at least 45 minutes explaining the mold/water remediation process. He found availability, came out for a consultation and gave details about the job. He was able to have David come out a week later. Impressed by the care that they took to do the entire job. Hardworking and personable. They took extra care with my cabinets and cleaned up everything. It was spotless! Genuine team, excellent work, timely and fair pricing. I actually never hired them, BUT I called asking for advice on a mold issue and I spoke for several minutes with an expert. He offered great information without pressuring me to use their company, or sell me stuff I didn't need. He was honest and very knowledgeable. I cannot speak on the services they provide but just having someone answer my questions without trying to charge was very impactful. If I need mold remediation in the future I would not hesitate to pick them. Thanks again.

This review is specifically for the ease of appointment set up and explanation of testing expectations. Charles was extremely helpful. I set up an online quote, but didn't REALLY know if I needed everything (or really what I needed that fit my situation). Charles walked me through what I requested in my quote; which price-wise was more than fair. After talking it through with him, sending photos over, he broke it down for me in a way that was simple to understand. Right now I need some piece of mind. What I got from our conversation gave me just that. We modified the request, adding a couple more things that should help when we go to sell the house in 3-4 months and was set. I can't say how helpful it is right now given the situation with the busted pipes and such due to cold weather.

We had a bad wind strom that came through and knocked down most of my fence, reached out to Zeke and hired him. He was very good about communicating the job, and making sure it was done correct. I love supporting a local business as well! Small team with a lot of dedication and hardwork. My fence sits beautifully and I am so pleased by the work done by these two men!

We called Zeke at Kevin Ray's Drywall to take care of four separate sheetrock problems we discovered. We were panicked as we were having guests for Christmas. He came to do the quote and the job on time on short notice. The job was very clean and efficiently done. I highly recommend!

Don and CJ did an excellent job on the ceiling damage I had from Beryl. All my walls and ceilings have a knock down texture. They were able to create a texture that was very good and I already got some complements from neighbors that it looks excellent. I am extremely happy with the work they did. They are all very kind and definitely considerate. They want the project to be perfect so they take extra care and detail to everything they do. I have other projects that they will be doing for me in the very near future. Also, they have the best price!!!!! Thank you Don and CJ.

Totally recommend! Benjamin and Gezir were wonderful as our mitigation team and thoroughly explained every step of the process. They were very detailed and timely in their work. Great communicators and easy to ask questions to via text or phone. Benjamin walked us through the insurance process and communicated directly with our insurance. We are relieved and grateful that they were highly recommended - we totally see why! Their team even came back to check that all of our newly replaced air vents were opened and sent photos for their progress when we had to go into work. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Jenkins Environmental. Gezir and Jaaziel were the technicians sent to my home, and they were wonderful. All the mold affected areas were sealed off and they had machines to ensure the air was clean. They were clean at all times and I’m glad to have all the mold out of my house.

They have a very good team at Jenkins!! Jaaziel was never rude and always professional. Hate to have had mold, but im glad it’s out of my house now. Im also very glad that JSE were clean at all times.
