CPN Water Works - Stephenville

Our water treatment plant! So glad they did Not put the city park right besides this, after a not so wonderful visit to Kermit, Texas City Park & water treatment plant! Ugh! Just still can’t get that horrible smell out of my nose! Thanks for letting us test the water in Ecology class so we can figure out the difference before and after treatment. Glad the water can be used out of the tap; and glad I get a discount on heated water in the summer-as even the cold water is about 90 degrees! Thank you for the great service!

Johnathan and Ethan where very professional and informative during the entire process. They had to fix the shower and sink line under the house and did an excellent job. I would recommend these guys to everybody and will continue to use them in the future for more upgrades in my old house.

This past freeze got my kitchen sink & shower. I stopped by and visited with Travis & he said he would send his crew out to take a look at it. John & Corbin came out and had everything up and going in about an hour. I have to say that all three of these men were so incredibly RESPECTFUL & kind. It’s such a breath of fresh air to find some of the younger generation with such manners. The work they did was awesome & the price was totally fair. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues, big or small. Blessings to you & yours!

We've used iron horse for many of our plumbing issues and will continue to come back to these guys. Our latest time we dealt with Tye for a water issue that we thought was small issue but ended up being a bigger ordeal than we thought. He kept me informed during the whole process and didn't do any work until he cleared it with me (this is a normal for all their guys there) and fixed the issue in less than a days work, and at a sticker price that shocked me in the best way possible. As a homeowner, we know plumbing issues can become a HUGE ordeal, so dealing with great contractors and workers who know what they are doing and do it efficiently are super important and hard to come by. I always have great confidence in these guys and will continue to boast about them in any way I can!

I have had great experiences with Iron Horse Plumbing. We have rental properties and the first time we used Iron Horse was for a gas leak repair that another local company had started and strung out over several days with no resolution. I called Iron Horse on an afternoon around 4PM and they were at the house the next morning around 9AM. The repair was completed by 2PM that afternoon. Have been involved with several of the company plumbers and they have all been professional, capable and personable. It is very clear they care about their customers.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Daniel & Harley for their incredible work on my Mom's farm house. Super tight & hard places to get to and they just made it happen. Total new plumbing and propane. Communication was the best I've ever had from any crew. Explained everything! Completely professional and polite.

Just called asking a question about my bill. I was over talked Multiple times, literally couldn't get a word in and was transfered before I could say anything. I was transfered to Hannah who told me she was waiting on the bill to update. I explained to her how I was spoken to earlier by Lupe. Very unprofessional, we are all grown I was simply asking a question. Stop over talking and give respect and allow the customer to speak. This town is way too small for y'all to be that confident treating people awfully, over a question about where my money went lol.... Yall should be embarrassed.

I have had so many issues with the Stephenville water department. I called a couple days before the end of May to get my water turned off on May 31st since I was moving out. A month or so later I get a email for a bill, so I call and come to find out they had it to be turned off in July even though I had already moved out of the residence in May. After multiple phone calls that issue finally got sorted and the actual balance I was to get back was fixed. I was to supposed to be getting $122.48 back after everything getting sorted and at the beginning of September I received a check for 73.37 to which I called about the excess 49.11 I was missing. On that phone call I was told that I would be getting a second check in the mail for the 49.11 and it would just get processed at the end of September. When I was told that I figured the beginning of October I would be receiving the other check since the first one was mailed so quickly after the end of August. Well it is now beginning of November and I have never received a second check and I doubt I ever will seeing as trying to get the billing fixed in the first place was such a huge issue.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If they weren't the only game in town for water, they would not have any customers. We have had them almost 2 years, and they are nasty & rude, especially when you show them their mistakes!
