NEKO - Water Damage Restoration in Oak Ridge North aired out a leak and dried the affected areas quickly, cutting damaged section out to a rough finish. Update: woodlands water resto came out and finished the work 1 week later. The finishing team did a great job.

Our experience with B&R was exceptional! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We are on a private well for our water needs. When our well quit working during the late afternoon hours I thought it would be almost impossible for someone to come out and assess the situation, much less fix it. We called and to our surprise a technician stated he would come check it out. This technician, Mason, was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked out a few things and diagnosed the problem as being a bad pump. I knew that this was not a small job and with him being by himself I thought there was no way we would get this problem resolved until the next day at the earliest. To my surprise Mason stated he had a pump with him and he could change it out right then and there. The job took about four hours and by about 9:30 P.M. we had water! I'm not sure if other companies would have done the same but I can say for sure B&R and Mason will definitely make sure you are taken care of!
