When we were building our new location Christen from Southwest cleaning reached out to us about their services. They helped us put together a cleaning plan for our new location for all parts of the facility. We have been with them for 6 months now and I can say they have been the best service I have ever used. They communicate very well and if there is an issue they handle it quickly. They are a great partner.

We've been using Southwest Cleaning for a couple years now and are very happy. They were very responsive during the varying COVID cleaning requirements and were able to respond very quickly to our changing needs. Their cleaning team is great and their management/office staff is good to work with. Definitely recommend them.

Rick and Alex both made this experience go smoothly. Very courteous and mannerly and Alex worked diligently and was very professional with the install from start to finish. I highly recommend Kinetico!

Edit to add: They responded to this review WEEKS after I posted it. There has still been no fix to our issues, no explanation of whether our monthly maintenance plan that we pay for is still valid or not, and no fix for our water softener. In the review they ask me to reach out to them, well I have and no one has called me back. It’s been WEEKS. Why do I have to chase this company around? Also if you look at responses to reviews you can see they’ve hired someone to respond for them. So again, no personal care and zero customer service. Find someone local folks. Avoid at all costs. Much better options in Wolfforth, Lubbock, and west Texas. We have both the water softener and the reverse osmosis system in our home. We bought them brand new three years ago when we built our home. Right now neither of them are working correctly and this is not the first time. Anytime anything goes wrong this company scrambles on when and how they will send someone out even though we pay for the monthly maintenance plan, which is worthless by the way, save your money. We are without filters going on two weeks now and RO is barely running. Our water is testing to be hard even with salts in the tank. They told me they were sending someone out to fix all of them above Monday. The guy that came out had no clue there was anything wrong and just tested my water and saw I had salts and left. He wasn’t a “technician” could only check things. I called them and left a message and the “office manager” was supposed to call me back. No call back and we still don’t have a technician coming. Office girl (Ashley) is rude and condescending. She told me last week she was sending a technician snd did NOT send a technician. She also states that the things we were told our maintenance plan would cover (no service call fees, no fees for parts, free RO filters once a year, extended warranties on our system) no longer covers. That is very disappointing as we have been not only misled into keeping the maintenance plan, but just straight up lied to. As of right now we still do not have a fix in sight for our water softener or our reverse osmosis system. If you are looking for a water softener or RO system look elsewhere.

I had to "choose" a star to leave a comment (otherwise there would no STAR given). Worst company I have ever dealt with! RO unit developed a leak in the motor. Called Kinetico - had to PAY $240 up front to get "repairman" to even come look!! Once there, he informed me that he could replace motor for $900 (with no warranty), or, ORDER new unit for $2000 (with 10 year warranty). I told him I wanted the new unit! Had to "put up" the $2000 for them to order new unit! Here's the "kicker": that was January 23, 2025! After numerous phone calls & a personal visit on March 10, you guessed it NO service has been rendered! It has been 2 months and nothing but empty promises ("next week", "you're next on our list", etc). Contacted my lawyer today (March 14). Will be suing for "fraud", "breach of promise", etc. soon! Enough of this garbage! Avoid this company AT ALL COST (even if you have to drink dirty water!!) The photo below shows what we have been dealing with for 2 months! Having to empty the plastic tub 2 times per day to keep from flooding the floor (or, turning off the water to the unit - which would mean no ice from refrigerator)!

Scott's Water Works is a fantastic dining spot! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. I highly recommend trying their signature dishes. A great place for a meal with family or friends!
