Tate at Acorn Plumbing highly recommended R1 for our needs. Especially as they can complete all services from mitigation through rebuild and work with home insurance Andie took amazing care of us and was super responsive. John came by to assess and got us in fast. Julio and David did a fantastic job containing, removing, and drying. We only wish we could have gotten the rebuild done faster. We ended up bringing in another party for the drywall and rebuild work.

I would highly recommend Restoration 1 of West Denver. We had a drainpipe break under our kitchen sink, we had Restoration 1 handle both the mitigation and re-build. Every technician that has come into our home has been very polite and respectful. Kevin Ashby (our project manager) has been a pleasure to work with, he has worked directly with our insurance adjustor to insure everything gets covered and taken care of without any additional money out of our pocket. He has done everything in his power to get this project done in a timely manner as we have a wedding we are hosting at our home in a couple months.

I was introduced to Alex Campbell through AAA Plumbing. I was have issues with my HOA and Alex was there throughout the whole process. He was easy to contact and answered my texts and emails right away . Even on the weekends. He guided me through the process and assured me that he would fight to get the job done right the first time. The whole team from Alex to Andi the schedule assistant and the techs who came out. The All Dry team is great to work with! I recommend their team to anyone who has a need for restoration or clean up work. Crosby and his team went above and beyond and were super responsive. I found water in my basement laundry room Wednesday night and I had an All Dry representative and a plumber at my house first thing the following morning. They helped make a stressful process easy to manage and helped to cover all the various elements that went into restoring my basement. 10/10 service. Would recommend to anyone!

Felt Lack of transparency and credibility. My bathroom vanity was demoed and the dimensions shared to order a replacement turned out to be wrong. Now we are stuck with vanity and All Dry Mike Cavallo will not cooperate to compensate.

This is a shout out to Carla, who handles the office at All Dry. She was the first person I was able to reach when my basement flooded, and I feel very lucky that I did. Carla took care of me, even when her crew was not available that day. She arranged for Dry Out Restoration to come right away, and they did a fabulous job. Everyone at All Dry are the most professional, punctual and helpful people in their space that I met when dealing with water damage from a remodel. When dealing with a few major water damage issues All Dry came out immediately, offered their personal numbers to stay in touch and remedied every issue efficiently. Throughout the stressful process of a flood All Dry set out to work while also educating us on the causes of floods/leaks and best practices to prevent them in the future. Mike's team and Shane were great. They were quick to respond with water damage mitigation after my water heater expansion tank ruptured overnight. They were timely, communicated well, and mindful of not dirtying up/destroying unnecessary parts of the home. They used professional equipment and performed all necessary documentation to coordinate with the insurance adjuster. Definitely recommend these guys.

I had an exceptional experience with this company. Our washing machine sprung a leak and flooded three floors of our condo. John was onsite within hours, and was incredibly helpful in ascertaining the extent of the flooding and arranging for mitigation to start early the following morning. He explained everything thoroughly, took the time to answer all of my questions, worked directly with my insurance company, and was extremely professional and courteous. Alex and Jose arrived the following day and performed necessary demo and set up drying equipment. They were both very friendly and professional, and actually took the time to explain everything that they were doing, and to make sure all of my questions were answered. They were also kind enough to warn me of any potential dangers to my pets that I should be aware of. After everything was set up, John came to our home daily to ensure that our walls were actually drying out. He also followed up afterwards to make sure that all of my questions had been answered, and to ask if there was anything else we needed. In my experience, it is a rare thing to find a company that provides such excellent service, great communication, professionalism, skill, and friendliness. Water Damage Inc. brought all of these assets to the table on this job, and they saved our home too! They will be the first company I call if I ever have this type of issue again.

I HIGHLY recommend Water Damage Inc. for any water and mold mitigation. I had water damage/mold in two rooms to deal with.  I saw their great reviews and gave them a call. They had the best response, info and prices. John and all of his crew members  were amazing to work with-- a "class act".  Customer service at its best like I haven't seen in many years.  They were caring, professional, thorough, careful and accommodating of all my needs. John took care of/coordinated my "project" from  the asbestos testing  to the water/mold mitigation to the reconstruction. 6 out of 5 stars fits best. ;-) Thank you!

Voda came out to tackle a couple of seriously neglected showers and they were able to get rid of areas of grime that both myself and a home cleaning service had worked on numerous times that we just could not get clean. There were also some areas of pink mold in some of the grout that just kept coming back the very next day after cleaning and now, 3 days later are nowhere in sight! There is one area where the silicone remains black at the base of one of the showers, and Dave explained to us that the silicone likely needs to be replaced there in order to remedy that issue. As a new homeowner, I wasn’t aware this was something that needed to be done and I appreciated the honestly in regard to why those black patches still remained. Additionally, Voda tackled some highly trafficked area rugs in my home. Unfortunately, I forgot to take before photos of the rugs, but they are now so clean they are markedly brighter and softer! My husband and I are extremely happy with the work, and if I wouldn’t have just spend 8 hours steam cleaning our couch on my own last month, I wouldn’t hesitate to have Voda out ASAP to take care of that for me! Thank you for all the hard work! Amazing services.

Our experience with Voda and especially Jimmy and Kevin working in our home was delightful.They were dependable, they were at our home at the time the gave us. They were diligent when they were here, taking care to contain the dust and cleaning up at the end of each day. They were craftsmen, intent on doing a good jog that they could be proud of and we are proud to have. They answered all of our questions about why it was necessary or advisable to do what they were doing and completed the job timely.
