Don't let them take your stuff ! They took mine months ago and I still can't it back. When I contact them they give me another person to contact . And they desided what is bad or good and keep what they say is bad . I think there getting away with ripping people off . They are really nice when they come get your stuff and tell you one thing but its not true ! Nothing I was told was what has happened . BBB has really bad reviews for this company also. I am not happy at all ! And looks like many other people are not happy ! No way I would tell anyone to let this company clean your stuff . Do your research if you plan on using any if these companies. I will never use any of them again .

Bad service It’s Robery an Robery every month City Lancaster no good many problems

I called in on Monday about my trash not being picked up , because this has never happened before... Well it took over 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone, I must say that the gentleman that did answer was pleasant, but he said that they want pick up your trash unless the lid is completely closed.... I've never heard of such in all of the 9 years of living in my home. I was told that they would come back and pick up , but they have 72 hours to do so , my trash has not yet been picked up and let me remind you we only have 1 pick up day and that's Mondays. We should have at least 2 trash cans for pick up since the run once a week, man Lancaster is a mess... it's always something with them. Can someone please HELP! and it's a HOA residence and you can tell me what I can't do put the trash isn't being picked up. Lancaster, Tx Ames Meadow residence we should get together and figure this out< I notice that I wasn't the only house that didn't get picked up. Ms. Coleman

The service of the office answering the phone is unacceptable. I have called twice and been on hold waiting for a representative for over an hour both times. The representatives are all actually very cordial when you speak to them, which leaves me to believe the are short staffed. In addition the website to pay the water bill is outdated which makes me believe they don't have the technology to provide customer assistance from their homes amidst this pandemic. We pay enough taxes to actually have better service that what is being provided. Shame on the City of Lancaster for the lack of technology and accountability. However, once Natalie answered she was very helpful and answered all of my questions and apologized for the wait time. So I would give her a 5.

Jeremy Workes was professionally he resolved my sink and bathroom issues. He introduced himself, explained his work, and showed me everything was functioning. I’d definitely contact him again for plumbing repairs. His work was excellent.

Very prompt in responding to maintenance requests. Very reliable in in keeping clients updated on work progress. Technician was very professional in dealing with client and handling claims. Overall job quality was exceptional. My turnaround time from filing claims to getting the job done was 3 days. So amazing!!!

Stanley completed a plumbing repair, on our toilet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate having such a great plumber, completing the project, in a timely manner.

Medina Construction, did an amazing job on my roof! He answered all my questions and he was very professional. I highly recommend him to get things done the right way. Just by talking to him you can tell that he is honest and will not mislead you in any way. I just want to say thank you for the great job you and your team did!! Thank you for leaving my front yard nice and clean after the project was completed, thank you for everything I’m glad I found you to get my roof fixed!!! I really like the color of the shingle!!! I just got my roof replacement by Medina Construction and they've done a great job. They showed up as stated 7AM and were able to get the job done by 2PM! . They made sure to leave the place even cleaner than it was. Price is reasonable. They provide excellent warranty and have been in the market for long time. I highly recommend them for any roof work.

Medina Construction is the absolute best. They did an outstanding job replacing my roof. I was surprised, since I work from home and there was barely any noise and they finished so quickly. When they rung the door bell to tell me they were finished, i could not believe it. They also replaced my gutters and stained my fence, which now looks new. I recommend this company, the customer service is also the greatest and you will not be sorry.

Keith Simon and his crew did fantastic work painting the exterior of my house, then did excellent work remodeling my back porch. He's fair, honest, responsive, and respectful. Great communication, and he answered all my questions with detailed information. Always on time and finished ahead of every schedule. Very quick to address concerns. It was truly a pleasure to do business with Keith and his skilled crew, and they have my full appreciation. Keith and crew, thank you!

I talked with several area remodeling contractors about a few small jobs, and Keith from Landmark Property Services offered both the best price and best plan to accomplish the work. He upgraded a shower and extended a patio for me. Based on that experience, I look forward to working with him again when I’m ready to make a few more upgrades!

We had initially solicited quotes for a full remodel of our secondary bathroom (convert bath to walk in shower, new tiling, new storage, paint, etc.). Not only was Landmark the most competitive price wise, but Keith was candid, patient, prompt and responsible to our numerous inquiries, and his quote and statement of work were detailed and transparent. Importantly, when our full remodel was scaled back to a more modest project (replacing a vanity and painting the secondary bathroom and drawers; and painting our secondary living room), Keith’s communications with us did not change a bit. His responses to our questions and revised quotes were just as prompt, detailed and transparent, and the quote was just as competitive as the original.
