I put in an online order. I was driving there since it was close to the end of the hour, and when I got close I received a notification my order had been cancelled. I went in since I had a coupon expiring today and assumed most of my items had been out of stock. I wasn’t upset at the time, I figured my items were in high demand. Nope. Every single item was there. Don’t offer the service if it’s not actually available.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of working with Knowater Roofing and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the project. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of our options, ensuring we made an informed decision. They provided a detailed, transparent quote and stuck to it, with no hidden fees or surprises. The crew arrived on time and worked diligently, demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship and care. Not only did they complete the job ahead of schedule, but they also left our property spotless, going above and beyond to clean up any debris. The new roof looks fantastic and has greatly improved the curb appeal of our home. We have already noticed a difference in energy efficiency, which speaks to the quality of the materials and the installation. Overall, Knowater Roofing exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused roofing company, look no further. Thank you, Knowater Roofing for your outstanding service and exceptional work!
Great communication with Luke! We were able to come up with a plan in advance and quickly get it done once we knew when my solar panels were removed. He even helped me work with my insurance company to get everything paid for. I really appreciated Luke making it easy when I had to coordinate everything while I was out of state. Thanks!!
After the April 2022 (year has been corrected from original post) hailstorm in Salado, we entered into a contract for residential roof replacement with Knowater Roofing. Knowater provided an estimate of $25,500, but wanted a $15,000 down payment before materials were even delivered onsite. Owner assured us that it was not uncommon for roofing companies to request a 50% down payment. He was asking for a 60% down payment! After seeing that the Texas Department of Insurance website cautions consumers to be wary if a contractor asks for a large or full down payment, we should have run from this company then. But foolishly, I liked the idea of using a local, veteran-owned company. I told owner Luke that I would only pay $4,000 down payment, which he agreed to. Company started removing the old roof on July 1st, 2022 (year has been corrected from original post). I noticed when I got home from work that afternoon the roofers were installing the new synthetic underlayment over the original underlayment. I inquired about this method because I work in the construction industry and hadn't seen that done before. I was told by an employee that this was the way it was done now. This concerned me because how could they possibly inspect the roof condition without removing the existing felt, but I didn't want to slow the installation process of my new roof, especially with the threat of rain. The installation instructions for Owens Corning ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment state that it "should be applied to a properly prepared dry deck..." I contacted Owens Corning and was told that any incorrect installation would void my warranty. When Luke originally inspected our roof, he commented that flashing was not done correctly by the builder and that he would "fix that." When roofers completed the job on July 5th, Knowater Roofing representative called to advise they were sending someone over that evening to pick up the remaining payment for the job. Seemed very unprofessional to do that without the company owner or representative coming onsite to do a walk-around inspection of job completion. Had they done that, they would have known that I was not pleased with the flashing they installed and that job was not completed. They either failed to install flashing, or where they did, it was shoddy work (see attached photo). Luke shows up and I explain I am not going to pay him in full until all work was completed. Even after I showed him the poorly-installed flashing, he was argumentative with me and made a point to loudly insult me while he was talking on the phone with someone else. Very unprofessional! Flashing was corrected the following day and we then realized that shingles had been installed over our dryer vent. Thank goodness we noticed; this error could have caused a devastating fire. Knowater was apologetic for this mistake and corrected the problem the following day. While I am pleased with the product and how the shingles look on my house, my advice to any prospective customer is to put your expectations in writing when you sign a contract with this company. Make a note of all vents so they don't erroneously get covered up. Also, after the installation, I realized there was damage to my gutters and a window screen. When company provided the original estimate, I was told I would be refunded $1,500 to help offset my deductible...no surprise, that didn't happen, company acted like that conversation never occurred.

I had a flood in my house from a busted pipe and my house flooded and I called dryit services and they were out there within an hour. Mercy and Aaron were amazing. They walked me through. Every step told me what needed to happen. I’ve never had this happen, nor have I gone through they were very helpful definitely five star. I will give them review and continue to work with them. They are the best company.
We had a great experience with Dry It. They were very kind and helpful over the phone. When Aaron came to our house he was really informative and helpful. Great experience.
I had Fix it! Services come out to our home to assess some water damage we had from recent flooding, their technician Nancy got us taken care of very quickly and I was highly satisfied with the work. They were very professional and affordable. I would recommend

I bought a house here a year ago. This company has stolen my money with the electricity bill. I paid $300 for the month of December. Now, half of January, $330. There are 3 people at home and we all work. We are almost never at home. We haven't used the heating for a long time because the weather is cool and I pay that amount. I don't know if the cure is worse than the disease. I came from Austin to here because the houses are cheaper in this area. But I see that power 's bill is more expensive than in all of Texas. We should have a meeting of all the communities to get rid of this scam company. Jarrel
Taylor has provided excellent customer service over the phone every time I have called. I had an issue getting Fiber First to install internet and BEC not only got me installation sooner but pulled strings to beat Fiber First here. The gentleman who installed the Fiber was extremely professional and was here for less than an hour. Electric and internet billing is combined through an app which makes it simple. Thank you BEC!
Worst company ever. They are a monopoly and charge whatever they want. They add over $60 in charges to bills not to include the actual wattage. If you feed back to the grid they only pay you 1/4 of what they charge you for using the grid. They added a 27 year long SB that adds $40+ to your bill. If you plan on moving anywhere they are your electric, DONT!!!!

There isn’t much here just like you’d expect from a smaller town in Texas, but it is a photographers dream. I wish I had my camera instead of a phone in the train. Your are close to the Texas chainsaw massacre house and there are a million stunning old buildings and homes here for period, sci-fi or vampire shoots as well as architecture and landscape. Thus is a must visit for incredible photos.
2021 updated review. Although there are definitely still some issues at the city hall, there have been quite a few improvements. Rose has been a great addition. Very friendly and willing to help figure things out and kindly explains charges on the account. I would like to see a few things improve, such as a working online payment system for utilities. And the costs broken down and explained. Bartlett is a great town and has huge potential to thrive. Keep the improvements coming and look forward to the city growing.
I went in today to pay a ticket. I found the staff and judge to be very respectful and helpful. Good people!

Wasn’t as stinky as I thought it would be. Kinda surprised by the cost…. But surprisingly friendly help and service.
Quick and painless process, weigh in dump where they say, weigh out, easy
Had to pay out of pocket because the only bill I had showed I had a past due balance. The clerks refused to let me show them my account was up to date via the website. They said it had to show a zero balance despite the next payment not being due for another week. I have never had this problem in the past but I guess it takes a special person to look at the Waco Water website to see an account is up to date.
