Windstorm Wizards started the roof replacement immediately after winning the bid. The old roof was removed and the new standing seam metal roof was installed all in two days. The crew did a thorough job of cleaning up old the old shingles and all of the debris upon finishing the project

These guys are great. I called late at night, they responded in the morning and pulled pump ( submersible ) replaced pump and motor, and rewired everything, added another 20' section of well piping. Great effort put out by Allen, Chris and Glen and reasonable priced. Highly recommend GWR for your Go To Guys for water well service. Good folks and Quality Service.

Our well was destroyed by Hurricane Beryl, we called GRW for a quote and they showed up the same day. Unfortunately we had another 3 weeks of rain and they couldn't get to our well site as it was too muddy but soon as it dried out they were here the next day. The crew is knowledgeable and did a good job with the installation. There was a couple of minor issues after installation that Glenn had taken care of right away. I highly recommend this company!

Woke up to no running water. I called GWR and someone contacted me within 15 minutes. They were at my house in less than 2 hours and made the repairs. Very friendly workers and did good work for a good price. I definitely recommend them.

Great customer service! We bought a home with one of their systems in it and they came out for free just to explain what we had a show me how to use it. Nice people who seem to really care!

Dumping salt in the brine tank and noticing that the salt level is not moving and blame it on the customer for changing to a newer system. Be very careful with this company. We were fooled. Nice people, but horrible and expensive experience. You would think that they would make things right because we were customers since the 1980's.

I can honestly say never once in 5 yrs that this company has not immediately addressed issues. Nice thing is, since I left Aqua Tex, I don’t have water system issues. Very friendly family oriented and respectful. These guys are top notch. Thank you for such GREAT service!

Professionalism, Quality Craftsmanship, Responsiveness, Cost Value I had a problem with deep water well producing on a Tuesday. Called another local well company, showed up, installed pressure switch. No production, will be back next day, then Thursday, put off again. Thursday night, the CenterPoint Service Can went out, was being replaced. Neighbor across the street came over, shared my well problem, he replied had a 500+ foot well done recently, told me my west neighbor did his new 500+ foot well after him using the same company Environmental Well Service. I called Environmental Friday morning, talked to a confident Jack Manis on a replacing pump/motor, got a cheaper quote, plus opportunity to install today. I called the previous local well company, they could not look at again till Monday. Politely, I told them I will be using Environmental, they understood. Jack and Armando, came out, first check wiring on pressure switch, verified good, well pump needs to be replaced. Different well set up, Mike got with Richard who came out to help with the releasing of deep well pump and again securing after installation. The new pump replacement/installment went very well with new all stainless steel pump assembly probably will last 25 - 30 years, other new parts as needed, more. New Deep Well Pump works very well, but unexpected, found there was a pipe breakage in a tough location. Environmental Service came up with game plan on rerouting piping in a short distance, reconnect to tank. I agreed to the plan. Work was performed neatly, quality layout, and in an organized timely manner, communicating each step. Reroute pipe was completed with great layout, with additions. Additions per Environmental and my thoughts to add union, new check valve, Tee with plug, and relief valve. Plus addition, remove old piping, epoxied two holes, set pressure switch to 40/60 psi, cleaned up. After talking and thanking my neighbors, realized they call Environmental Service as family, now me too. I will recommend Environmental Well Service to anyone in need of repairs/replacement. Thank you Jack, Mike, Payton, Armando, Genaro, and Jorge for the quality craftsmanship, professionalism, time, and cost of a successful well pump and reroute piping replacement.
