Fred does a great job and is very professional. He is a skilled operator, works efficiently and safely. Fred does a very good job with selective clearing when you intend to keep the quality trees but wish to clear the scrub and junk trees. On my project Fred completed the clearing, driveway, culverts, and select fill for an 80x40 metal building. He is good at providing guidance and advice as well on the best way to accomplish the work. He also answers his phone when you call him and responds quickly. I will be utilizing him for more work in the future.

Red Alert!! Please don't buy a home in here. The P.O.A. dues are now 200$ or more, the M.U.D. taxes are outrageous. The M.U.D. service is sorriest Ever! Water bill is around 200$. If it comes a freeze, your water is turned off for days. Leaving you with no toilet flushing, no showers,no dishwahing and no clothes washing. Think twice before buying in here. Do your research, plz

This was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I have purchased 4 homes and this was by far the most stressful to the point I filed a complaint with the Real Estate board. While they sided with Theresa proceed with caution. She, in my opinion, very unprofessional. I had covid and she told everyone. She contacted not only my roofer but also the house leveling company saying the buyer's agent had contacted them. Both companies told me that she in fact had contacted them. I also found out that she contacted a person that had a lean on my property that I had no idea about, even after I told her not too. Her response was, "I'm doing my job". She also originally posted my house and land next door that I told her I wanted separately. I'm just glad to put Westwood Shores RE in my rearview mirror and glad I have no more dealings with Theresa!

Another great job from Bauer Carpet and Restoration! Freddie and his crew-Alejandro,Javier,Gustavo, Jessie, and Chino did a wonderful job in repairing storm damaged ceiling, matching texture, installing crown molding, and painting. They all were very friendly, professional and anxious to please. The job they did was great, and they cleaned up everything thoroughly. Freddie Bauer, the owner, is friendly, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this company!

The Bauer’s are amazing and so are their workers. If you need your carpets cleaned, your house painted, built or anything done they are the best around. Excellent work and amazing customer service!

Only one star because there is no zero. My experience was horrible. He charged my 82 year old Aunt 3000 dollars for a new pump, and I promise you it was not new. I'm not even sure it was a different one. Once he left, our water was so muddy and dirty you could not drink or bathe in it.10 months later, our water still has sand in it and not just a little bit. My aunt paid 2000 up front and had 3 payments she paid 2 and I told her to stop paying that crook, now he tells everyone who lives on our street that he sees in public he is coming to repo parts. We'll Mr Crook Williams i wish you would try because when you pull that pump up is the day you will lose plenty of business because you know you did not replace with NEW PUMP. And when we called about the sand, he would never show up. Also, his Lil crew was here about 4 hours and didn't do much of anything, he shows up, and he is here maybe 30 minutes. You do the math. He wasn't here long enough to replace the pump. Just stating the fact. I would never hire this man for anything, not even to just flush my toilet.

Called him Sunday .. on his day off and he came right on out.. had to replace our pump on our well and he sent his guys to do it today.. always super sweet , respectful, and nice.. never have a issue with him.

Came out and had a pump installed within 20 hours of the initial phone call. After 2 other companies stood me up for a week. Respectful, the southern kind. Yes sir no sir, I really respect his hard work and politeness. Will be recommending him to everyone in the future.
